Hydrating Anti-Wrinkle, Lifting & Firming Day Cream With Wild Yam & Dermaxyl - Not Tested on Animals - 50ml by Pirin Dream

I was really looking for a wild yam cream when I saw this face cream advertised on Amazon. The heading says that it's 'lifting and firming' although the blurb only claims to 'plump and firm, visibly reducing deep lines' which isn't quite the same as lifting. However, I bought it and I must say, this product is beautifully packaged - both the box and the tub get a definite five star from me. The cream is nice to apply, with a faint citrus smell. After use it leaves my skin feeling pleasantly tingly. After one week, my skin definitely looked plumper, and developed a soft, healthy bloom. After three weeks there really was an improvement - such that my boss, who hadn't seen me for a fortnight, said 'Gosh, you're looking well, Jennifer'. After one month, my skin was looking very much better. Small lines were much improved and I think the deep lines around my mouth may be slightly improved. The tub lasted four months with very liberal use - it's really great for wrinkly hands and to die for on your feet after a soak. I've given this cream five stars because, in addition to the wild yam, it's a lovely product to use and the tub is so pretty, and although I have to watch my budget, I purchased another which lasted seven months with daily use. The improvements continue and nine years later people say I don't look anything like my real age. Suitable for those looking for a natural product - paraben and colourant free, with wild yam which is so useful if you're post-menopausal. This firm does not test any products on animals.

Thought this was rich and would leave my face feeling really moisturised - it doesn't and I sometimes have to apply other moisturisers on top. This is a light moisturiser perhaps better for summer months when the weather isn't as harsh and drying on the skin

Afraid this product did not agree with my skin and I came out inb big red lumps on my cheeks and neck. Had to take anthistamines to calm it down. Smells nice and a good price, but needless to say will not be using again

I love this product!!! I purchased it after watching youtube videos on the amazing naturopathic Doctor Barbara O'neill. She recommended using a Yam cream for help with hormone imbalance especially those going through the change. This one seemed very popular so gave it a try and I'm very pleased that I did. I love the texture, it's quite thick I prefer cream to sit on my skin for a minute soak in then rub it in. After letting it soak in for 5 minutes I can apply my make up with ease, this cream acts as a very good primer too. My foundation goes on flawlessly, and my skin is lovely and soft :) and the bonus is that it's a very good price, I've paid much more over the years for the same sized products but never had as good of a result as I do with this one. One very happy customer!!

Leaves film on face - not nice product from Greece!

It said that the cream was plant based, I liked the thought of that, as I love which comes from a natural source. I was not wrong, it is truly excellent and I hope in a way that it is going to become too popular and change!! My skin has actually improved, without a doubt, no itching, no irritation, simply feels very, very good, I love it and am very pleasantly surprised. If you have sensitive skin, are a bit long in the tooth, or your skin needs hydration ,a lift ..this cream works wonderfully well; and the price is phantastic. I have just ordered more.

Pleasant enough cream, smells ok , easy to apply. Could be a little on the heavy side for some, does tend to make me rather shiny. No noticeable effect on my wrinkles but well, I've yet to find one that actually does what it says on the tin! We live in hope, don't we?

Beautiful hydrating anti wrinkle,lifting and firming cream,feels wonderful on the skin even though I only used it first today,I feel it is working it is rich and thick and most of all cruelty free,my skin feels great after putting it on my face.
