I am buying it for the second time as it gave amazing results the first time.

I bought this product after doing a lot of research. I had an open surgery appendectomy at the end of July which culminated in a combined dose of antibiotics which totally wiped out my insides. I went down the probiotic route which I hoped would restore my gut flora, but my main problem at this time was gastritis. Basically my stomach was inflamed and the majority of what I ate would either cause me cramping during the day or cramping during the night, or both. I did not want to go back to the doctors as I was sure that another dose of antibiotics would be prescribed so I gave myself 4 weeks to sort it out, then I would resign myself to the GP visit. Firstly I tried the low FODMAP diet, this helped a little with digestion but did not help the cramps. Then I read that probiotics, low sugar, seaweed extract (to feed the probiotics) and broccoli sprouts could possibly help. Unfortunately you would need to eat several pounds of broccoli sprouts to have any benefits and then I found this extract. I have to say that within a few days of taking all of these supplements and reducing my sugar my gastritis symptoms disappeared, all of them, bearing in mind that I had had these for around 8 weeks in total it does not seem coincidental to me. I would not have hesitated to go to the GP if this had not have worked but I always think that it is worth trying the natural route so long as your symptoms are not too extreme, and this worked for me.

Although not a professional myself I have taken to broccoli sprout extract as unfortunately here in England, broccoli sprouts are not sold as abundantly as they are in other countries. Additionally, growing your own is highly dependent upon whether you can obtain high quality broccoli seeds to ensure that they germinate well. Otherwise you are wasting your time. Having the extract as an herbal supplement /vitamin is super helpful and given how effective broccoli sprouts are (please research the wonderful benefits), this product from Love Life fits the bill perfectly with a high extract value per dosage at an affordable price.

After my first blood cholesterol test at the age of 32 which surprisingly put me in the ‘High Risk’ category I purchased the following: CoQ10, Solgar Psyllium Husks Fiber 500 mg, Lindens Green Tea 1000mg, Broccoli Sprout Extract by LLS, BCAA Tablets | 1200mg, Magnesium Citrate 200mg, Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mg This, along with a better diet, helped me change my Cholesterol Score from 9.37 (7.03/0.75) to 3.44 (4.61/1.34) in 8 weeks. The doctor stated she had never seen a cholesterol turn around so quickly. I cannot attribute these tablets solely to this but as it was part of my new routine (1 a day) I intend to carry on. I was fit and active before the first doctor visit, however, my diet was very poor – High sat fats, no salad, no fish etc. Works as intended, helped lower my bad cholesterol and raise my good one – potentially a lifesaver. Easy to swallow without horrible flavours, no negative side effects noted.

I bought this supplement to give to my 5 year old with autism after reading some promising research. This has been by far the most beneficial intervention he has ever received! My son is severely affected by autism and is non-verbal. He had no expressive language and didn't really understand language. He could not feed himself, was not toilet trained, had very poor fine motor skills, made very little eye contact, was CONSTANTLY stimming, couldn't dress himself, hardly slept at night....the list goes on and on. Within two weeks of taking one capsule twice daily, his stimming reduced greatly and he started sleeping through the night. He started feeding himself independently and can now use both a fork and spoon! He now dresses himself(with a little help sometimes) and is toilet trained. He biggest wow has been the social gains. He is very interested in interacting with others and makes great eye contact. He has started signing and is making great approximations at words. I am so grateful to have found this supplement. I have spent YEARS trying all kinds of expensive therapies and treatments which made absolutely no difference. The progress he has made with Broccoli sprouts is far greater than I could ever have hoped for. I have my boy back! Don't get me wrong, he is still severely affected by autism, but now he is HERE as opposed to being lost in his own little world. He is making such amazing progress that the school is currently reviewing his SEN statement every 10 weeks. I MOST DEFINITELY recommend this supplement.

So I tend not to leave reviews for products unless they were awful, but the company that create these Broccoli Sprout Extract capsules e-mailed me asking if I'd review the product given that it's a small company. I can't say much on the health benefits of this product as I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks, which is of course way too early for noticing any significant health changes. However, the product seems to be pretty solid. I struggle to swallow capsules, particularly of this size, and so I initially opted for pouring the contents onto food. My advice: DO NOT ADD THIS TO FOOD OR WATER: IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! That is to be expected, I guess, but it wasn't something that crossed my mind early now. I now swallow them with the help of carbonated water. If I notice anything particularly negative about this products after a couple of months, I will edit this review and explain it, so if you're still seeing a 5 star review a few months after it's posted, then assume that it's all good...or I died...but more likely that it's all good!

These are a good supplement, but it’s ridiculous I paid £14.95 in August and now they are charging £18.95 3 months later - why such a steep price increase?

Da ich in den Wechseljahren bin, habe ich nach einem Nahrungsergänzungsmittel gesucht, dass meine mangelnde FREUDE ☺ an grünem Gemüse ausgleichen kann. Mit diesen Brokkolisprossen habe ich einen super Ausgleich gefunden. Es lässt dich prima einnehmen, gute Qualität und selbst der Tiegel hat ein Design , dass er nicht versteckt werden muss. In Sichtweite, damit ich die Einnahme nicht vergesse. Zur Wirkung kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, da zu muss man es sicher über einen längeren Zeitraum einnehmen. Auf jedenFall sehr verträglich, keine Blähungen.. ;-) es ist empfehlenswert!!

Ich habe die Love Life Kapseln gewählt weil bei diesen das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut erschien und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe den Eindruck das ich weniger oft und intensiv Heißhunger verspüre seit ich morgens zwei dieser Kapseln zu mir nehme was mir hilft mein Gewicht zu halten.

i wanted a Sulforaphane supp and was pleasantly surprised as the affordable price. they dont seem to make any of their QC available, so i am not sure about the quality. I also wish the capsules had more than just 5 mg of sulforaphane in them.. otherwise, i am pretty happy with them.

ich nehme diesen extrakt, zur krebsvorbeugung und gesundheitsfürsorge allgemein, da brokkoli in hohem masse dafür geeignet sein soll, wie neuere studien zeigen. nun dieses kapseln hier sind normal groß und 2 mal am tag bequem einzunehmen. in den ersten tagen haben die kapslen stark nach brokkoli gerochen, nun aber nicht mehr. der geruch verfliegt dann doch nach mehrmaligem öffnens. in jeder kapsel sind 500g extrakt , was mit 2 kapseln dann der menge von ca. 1 brokkoli entspricht ! da ich nicht jeden tag einen bio-brokkoli schonend garen kann, sind diese kapseln einen gute alternative. über die wirkung kann ich nach kurzer zeit noch nichts sagen, denke aber ein positiver effekt tritt mit der zeit ein. naturprodukte zeigen erst langsfristig ihre wirkung.

Ich nehme das Produkt in Kombination mit anderen Präparaten zur Vorbeugung bzw zum Aufhalten meines genetischen Haarausfalls. Aus diesem Grund kann ich die Wirkung dieses Produkts nicht separat beurteilen, bin aber vom Gesamtpaket sehr zufrieden (hier verwende ich mehrere Produkte des Herstellers). Zusammenfassend würde ich eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.
