Does the body of the flask get hot to the touch once full of hot tea?

Flask is great. Heat is lost through the plastic bung, but otherwise does it's job. Tea is drinkable (heat the flask first) 24h later. As for removing the ridiculous label, use nail varnish remover!!

How many cups does the 0.5l hold?

It really depends on the size of a cup. Regular mug size uses 2.5 cups.

How many hours does it keep coffee hot?

I went to park and after 4 hours had a coffee and it was hot

Do you make coffee up with milk and sugar in he flask

Make up coffee with warm milk and sugar if liked in a jug then add to warmed flask , it will keep hot for hours.
