As soon as you spray it, you get a nutty pistachio and almond, followed by that warm salted caramel and vanilla scent that Sol de Janeiro is known for. It’s sweet, but not in a sugary, candy way. There’s a slight saltiness that keeps it from feeling too heavy.To me, this smells like warm skin in the sun that’s been slathered in the best-smelling tanning oil. It’s very beachy, very summery, and just overall really comforting and mood-lifting. It honestly makes you crave sunshine.Compared to the body mist, this is definitely richer and more concentrated. The mist is lighter and more airy, while this feels more “perfume-like” and put together. If you’ve tried the mist and wished it lasted longer, this is what you’re looking for.On my skin, I get a few good hours out of it before it fades into more of a soft skin scent.
