The Zen Garden is beautiful. We received all items, and they were in a good shape. The only my recommendation is to increase amount of sand. This was not enough sand to keep Bonsai tree secured from falling. We had to order an additional sand to finalize our garden.

Love this all was included as promised. Now if I can just keep the guys at my work from drawing d**ks in my garden I’ll find zen.

My son 13 always wanted a zen garden, he got this for Christmas it was the first thing he opened and set up in his room, he absolutely loves it.

I bought this for my husband’s desk at work. He enjoys raking the sand and had several coworkers comment (positively)

way nicer quality than I was expecting. Looks better in real life than it does the pictures. Only room for improvement is a bit more sand because the tree is wobbly.

The Bonsai tree I received was defective, the base was cut on the bias which kept it from standing upright. I contacted customer service and was fortunate to have a great experience dealing with Bear. Bear sent out a replacement next day, which I received the following day. The replacement Bonsai tree was perfect, as well as the rest of the kit. Thanks for a great experience!

Arrived as pictured. Nice set. Wish it came with just a little more sand but otherwise pleased.

Cheap crap. Considering the hefty price tag, I expected a much better quality product. None of the plants stand up, the “sand” barely covered the tray. The “rocks” are some kind of painted plastic that leave black flecks paint in the white sand.

Was purchased as a gift... Looks great set up.
