Bought to replace the ageing hinges on my bathroom door. These ball bearing hinges provide a much smoother door action when compared to other similar types of hinges. Whilst you may need a little bit of modification to the door frame to install them, due to the larger 'hinge' part to accommodate the ball bearings. They were very easy to install and of a very high quality. ** You would struggle to get this quality of hinge cheaper anywhere on the net ** Dependant upon the door it is worth checking what specification of hinge you may require as each ball bearing hinge has a specific load capacity capability so please remember to check the weight of your door.

These are really sturdy hinges - great for heavy doors. Yes they're 76mm not 75 and the screw holes are just a bit out from most cheap hinges. So if you're replacing an existing hinge you'll probably need a tiny shaving taken off with a chisel, and a tip if the holes are slightly out is to pack the old hole out with a wooden cocktail stick. Both simple! This lost one star purely because just 6 hours after fitting they are starting to creak so will need a touch of 3-in-1 oil. Apart from that - great quality product.

Bought a pair of these to replace some worn out brass hinges. Easy to fit and size stated is accurate so no need to take anything off the door or frame to fit. Top and bottom holes were in a slightly different place to the old ones but an easy adjustment to do. Door back on (first time) and swing freely and doesn't catch on the floor so well worth the money.

Replaced some old faulty hinges The new hinges were a lot stronger than the old ones, excellent quality.

They seem robust. They didnt open and close loosely on their own. which I consider a good thing. They work fine in situ. They were a good price. Durability unknown after 24 hours use.
