Can i add this to yeast i have already added? i want to make my alcohol content 14% currently would only get 12%

I think you will find this is a yeast , so adding to what you have already wouldn’t make much difference . The yeast feeds on sugar which in turn makes the alcohol, if you want a higher alcohol content put your wine or spirit into a clean milk container and put it in the freezer. , alcohol doesn’t freeze , drain it off when it’s frozen, the water will stay in the container and you will get a stronger alcohol drained off ,believe me....

What alcohol abv can this yeast cope with?

15 to 20% ABV. If it Starts to slow down then add some Young's Yeast Nutrient. It may well go beyond 20% but I've not tried it. Good luck and happy brewing...

How much would i add to a 23 litre fermentation vessel?

ohh yessss

don't get me wrong, i'm an amateur. some time ago i made some wine out of supermarket juices and sugar, in 5 liter wqater bottles using baloons/condoms for airlocks (didn't have enough baloons... i punched holes in these to let the air out). worked just fine and kept me wasted in the afternoons for a good few weeks got some on the go now, in actual proper wine buckets with airlocks and taps. should be nice

I made some apple wine but the fermentation wouldn't start, so I ordered some of this yeast which arrived next day. I added it to the wine and WOW, within a few hours it was bubbling away quite happily. It;s been going a few days now and there's a constant stream of bubbles. Will definitely be using this again when I make some wine.
