Repurchased multiple times now. - This is my favourite skincare product for the last...I don't know how many...years. It's my Holy Grail skin care item and no other exfoliator compares for me. I've tried several other brands and also a few other St Ives' exfoliating products, but I always come back to this one. The product is thick and creamy and it feels like it's working AS you're using it. Plus it smells great. It isn't too harsh on the skin (despite that one ridiculous news report of that silly girl who temporarily gave herself sores because she absolutely scrubbed her face to death with a full tube of this and a flannel.) and the granules aren't sharp or rough. I wet my face and then apply firm pressure and scrub my face in little circles, focusing on my nose for those pesky blackheads. I use this product in either the bath or shower, since the hot water opens my pores and also because I don't trust myself not to get this in my fringe/hair. Once I start to rinse after scrubbing, I can already tell it's done it's magic, because my skin feels all tingly and smooth. When I'm all dried off after, I can see how the blackheads on my nose are vastly improved and the size of my pores is reduced with all the gunk out. My whole face feels lovely and soft and looks very glowy and clean. Applying your usual moisturiser afterwards feel great, because it feels like you have a blank canvas to start with and your skin just drinks it in. This and a decent moisturiser (I use Cetraben as I have very dry skin) seem to be the secret to my best skin.
