AmazonGear Laptop Backpack

Now that I've been using this for the past 7-8 months or so, decided to leave my thoughts on it. I bought this as I used to lug around a laptop carry case that I was given from work, that I hated using. So I bought this to replace it as I wanted something easier and more comfortable to walk around with, easier to travel with long distance and have more storage. First of all, all things considered, especially the price, this thing really delivers. The bag has a fairly large laptop slot/pouch in the back section with some padding front and back. The largest laptop I use in this regularly is a 15 inch laptop and it fits no problem with some extra room. I haven't tested with anything larger but I would say 17 inch should fit, if a bit snug. In this section there is also a slot/pouch for a tablet or documents. In front of this (still in the same back section) there is still a decently sized section for another tablet, large headphones with case or chargers etc. Moving into the next section, there is a single full size section that can be used for a tablet, documents or even another laptop. I've seen myself with my 15 inch laptop in the back section, then my 13 inch laptop in this section with no problems at all. I also keep things like laptop chargers, various cables, camera, headphones etc in here from time to time. Very good size. Also work noting the 2 largest sections have clips that are to stop a laptop accidentally falling out when you open it, however these are actually really good for keeping the zips secure and away from unwanted hands! Moving forward into the 3rd largest pocket, there is a medium size pocket, perfect again for chargers, headphones and other accessories. I keep many cables I use at work (systems engineer) such as network cables, display cables etc. I've also used this for a DSLR camera and case and fits snugly. However no padding between this section and the 2nd section so keep valuables/breakables in cases! Into the very front pocket and this is where you keep all your small items. I keep my wireless mouse, 2 sets of earbuds, pens, battery bank, memory sticks, portable hard drive and a fair few other things in here. The front does have some padding to protect the bag from getting bashed at the front and a few little different slots inside. You can fit quite a bit in here and is a good size again. There is also a slot in between the back sections for putting something small like a mobile phone. The build quality has been excellent, no issues with mine so far and seems very durable. There is a nice strong handle on the top which I always use and has no problems, even when I have 2 laptops, tablet and other things in it. No problem even with quite a bit of weight. The straps can be subjective but I feel they have a decent amount of padding, I've had no problem walking around for extended periods with quite a bit of weight. The back has some breathable material and again some padding to keep your back from sweating when using for longer periods. If I had one complaint about it it would be that there could be more padding in-between the pockets. However I then consider the price and I really can't complain when I compare to some other much more expensive products. Overall, fantastic product, so glad I bought one. If you want a simple looking, yet excellently build and feature rich laptop bag, I can't recommend it enough at this price.

I know what you are thinking, because I thought the same thing as you... "Mmm, it's an Amazon branded product... is it really good quality?" The answer is - yes. I bought this product for the same reason anyone buys a bag - my ex-bag was getting on and it looked fugly. What originally attracted me to this product is the colour, it looks quite professional and attractive, in person it is just that. It is like that Tinder profile that swipes right on you and is a well high 8 but you aren't quite sure if they will look as nice in person or you are worried that they are just some old man... you get the idea. I am proud to say that this is a breath of fresh air, a Netflix and chill of the highest calibre. A Harambe if Harambe survived and turned into a super Saiyan. It has MANY slots and convenient storage places. Two drinks slots on either side of the bag, I have used both for two varying size drinks and it has held perfectly. Each slot contains different size compartments, ideal for books, laptops, higher value goods and so on. I usually put my books and my tablet in the very top, use the others for my clothes (when travelling home from my uni flat), I use the very front slot for paracetamols, pens, smaller items as such. The amazing thing about this bag is truly its quality, I take this bag around with me every day and it still is remarkably strong without signs of wear. Honestly dude. This bag is 17'' of pure heaven, it is a 60 terabyte, self-evolving neural network triple backflip off the high platform. This is not a swan dive.

Got this on a lightening sale for 18 quid. Arrived next day. Nice size for A4 pads, laptops UP TO 17 inches (clue's in the title people!). The compartment nearest your back has been specifically designed for the laptop, by the looks of it. Outer material feels sturdy and water resistant, with a nicely padded back. Five zipped compartments, all full bag depth, with several further divided internally. Straps feel nice and strong, with circular "hooks" on each end, which is a nice little detail. My only very minor gripe (if gripe, I must), is that the side (mesh) pockets are a wee bit small. Would be great if a big bigger or at least one was a zip style, for easy to access items. Great value for money, even if you don't get in sale, compared to many of the branded bags. Recommended. If you're looking for something sturdier, my recommendation is the Mil-Tec 36L army tactical blah, blah. Stupid name, but a 5-star buy, in my opinion, which I have also bought and reviewed on AMZ.

This is one of those products that I thought about for a few days before finally deciding to take the plunge. I didn't need a new bag, but the bag I took to work (cycling) was just a little too small for my work clothes, laptop if I needed to go to a different office and other gym going paraphernalia. I saw this bag when having a spontaneous "I'll just have a look", the details seemed to suggest that it was bigger than my own and it really was inexpensive at £23.69 so I bought it to give it a go. It didn't look bigger, so I was a little disappointed, however I gave it a go, packing my things for work the night before and low and behold it held more with room to spare due to the sheer number of pockets. It's some kind of black magic, as it still doesn't look much bigger than my previous bag. I can fit a water proof bag with my towel and shower gel in, my work trousers, shirt, socks, belt and jumper, plus all my toiletries such as moisturiser, aftershave and spray and double plastic container for my protein and BCAA. I then have spare room for laptop, wireless keyboard and wireless mouse should I need them and even more room for anything else! Amazing amount of space really! Material wise, it's not the most premium materials used, but then this is less than £25.00 so you absolutely know it wouldn't be made out of Kevlar or high quality leather or something. That being said, the materials used are very well made and seem very sturdy. I've been using this bag practically every day for almost a month now, cycling back and forth from home to work in the wind and rain sometimes (OK all the time in the UK) and there is no sign of any wear and tear, only the a fold on the panel on the inside where the laptop would sit due to me stuffing everything in and making it stay that way! Mightly impressed with this bag and would highly recommend, even if you have more money to spend on a slightly nicer looking bag.

I bought this backpack over two years ago, and it goes with me pretty much everywhere, so it's had a bit of a kicking. The mesh pockets on the outside have ripped, and one of the zipper tags has come off and been replaced with a split ring. But otherwise, it's still going strong. The laptop sleeve is lightly padded, but the tablet sleeve isn't. I carry a laptop, two tablets, a Kindle, my lunch, and lots of other useful things; basically, everything I'm likely to need (and some things I'm highly unlikely to need) during the day. You could probably get a couple of ring-binders in there as well. This bag has enough pockets, configured in such a way, that I can always find anything I need. I particularly like the sunglasses pocket on top, which has never once contained a pair of sunglasses. However, it's an excellent place for keeping quick-access stuff like a wallet, lipstick, penknife, ID badge, and so on, and it's surprisingly roomy. There is one front pocket with lots of little sub-pockets in it, which is excellent for all those little things that would otherwise get lost at the bottom of a bag; what looks like a second (upper) small front pocket isn't - it's another big full-length compartment. All in all, this is a really good laptop backpack. It's got enough pockets and compartments to satisfy nearly anyone, I should think; to be honest, it's probably about the most user-friendly laptop backpack I've ever owned. Since mine is now 2 years old, I've started to look around for another. However, none of the ones I've come across have been as good as this one. Some are fancier, some are smarter, most are more expensive - none have the sheer usability of this one. So I expect I'll keep my AmazonBasics laptop backpack until it falls to bits, then I'll buy another one!

I'm impressed with the quality of this relatively budget backpack....so many pockets, padded interior for laptop / documents, padded shoulders straps, plenty space for packed lunch or extra layers and also zippers that glide nicely from one end to another without hiccups 😀....I was expecting far less and I've been blown away with all the quality I've got with this bargain...Thank you very much- Highly recommend 🥰🎒

Even though I've only used this backpack for two days, I can already tell that it is a premium quality product. Don't be fooled by it's relative low price, the zippers and the materials are of high quality and you'll find yourself with enough compartments to carry your laptop, tablet, chargers...you name it! Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase, but I must say that I struggle each and every time I have to pack my 17 inch laptop in it. For reference, the dimensions of my laptop are the following (in inches): 16.33 x 10.6 X 0.78 If you're intending to use it to carry a 15 inches laptop, look no further, this is the backpack you'll need! however, if you're in my situation and you're carrying a "heavy duty" 17 inch laptop, perhaps you might consider measuring it before proceeding to checkout. Mine is a really tight fit! Pros: - More then enough storage compartments...really! - High quality materials; - Solid build (strong stitching, zippers, padded shoulder straps etc); - Cheaper than most of the equivalent options available on Amazon. Cons: - None I have identified so far. I would just call your attention if you're looking to carry a 17 inch laptop in it....measure it before buying! Overall, a solid 5 start product...highly recommended!

It's taken me nearly a year to do this review, because I didn't like or use it for months! My problem is, it's split into so many compartments that it's hard to get all my stuff for uni in. By the time I've put laptop, folder and notebook in the main compartment, it's getting tight, so then have to start splitting my stuff up into other compartments. And the little floaty pouch at the top just winds me up. So basically, it annoyed me and I didn't use it for months.. But, I went back to use it eventually because I was carrying a large, heavy laptop every day, and to be honest, this bag is really comfy and well padded. It's tall, so fits my 15" laptop no problem, the back's well padded and the straps are well padded. I can easily wear it all day with no aches and pains, even when full and heavy. So not a bad bag, comfortable to wear, just a bit faffy with all the small compartments when I'd prefer just one bigger compartment.
