We understand your concern regarding the use of Bisphenol A and are aware of the scientific beliefs that BPA may negatively affect health.Our Biona can lacquers contain a small amount of this inert epoxy lacquer in order to prevent the metal can from reacting with the food contents and causing contamination and spoilage. We use a BPA lining simply because there are no other viable alternatives currently available in Europe.Bisphenols are the building blocks of lacquers. During curing, the bisphenol becomes cross-linked to form an inert coat of lacquer. There are strict migration limits for bisphenol in food and all of our cans contain an amount far below the migration limits. However, there are no current lacquers suitable for our products that can be labelled completely bisphenol-free. Acrylic lacquers are in use for fish cans but have not yet proved to be satisfactory for products such as ours, but I'm sure it will come.We can guarantee that the level of Bisphenol A in our cans is far below the European Union limit, and we are always searching for alternative lacquers.I hope this answers your question, please do not hesitate to contact us again with any further queries.Kind regards

People who purchased it very recently, does it still have guar gum? Biona promissed to removed it 3-4 months ago

Is this good in coffee and making latte?

This particular coconut milk isn't in my opinion. I prefer other makes in my coffee. Le Maison is great.

Which is the suggested storage temperature range? Can it be stored in a place where sunlight comes?

Im not sure if there is a specific temperature to keep at but I keep mine in a kitchen cupboard but once opened I keep in the fridge. The only problem is that the cream sets quite hard when in the fridge.
