A neighbour asked me if I could help with a problem that they were having with the PA system that is used on their Bingo nights. I had a look and the problem was the plug that is connected into the back of the microphone was not always making contact due to the connectors inside had widened and when the microphone was moved around the connection was occasionally lost. I saw this lead that is the same length and also reasonably priced. I have heard of this company unlike some of the others that were available so I decided to give them a go. The connection is much firmer now both at the microphone and amplifier ends. I tested the combination for 3 or 4 hours with no problems and returned the system later the same day. This Lead is well made with plug and socket that can be dismantled if necessary rather than moulded on and looks to be good value for money.

This XLR cable lives up to UGREEN's solid reputation and seems as good as other IT gear I have purchased of theirs in the past. The noise floor seems to be better than another cheaper cable that I have (and have now binned) and when I check the connections The sleeve is cross bonded between the pin and the earth post. All in all very happy.

I paired this with the Fifine K688 and the Presonus Quantum ES 2 and the signal stayed stable with no dropouts. The cable feels strong and the outer material holds its shape without kinks.
