Does Level 3 absorbency rating mean the pad can hold 450ml like others OR is it more like 250ml?

Do these pads have a sticky side tro keep them in place ?

yes they do right up the centre with a reelable back which will stick to your undies. Make sure you have them the correct way round with the sticky part on the outside and the widest part on the front. Hope this helps ur question

How often do they need changing?

Normally once a day suffices. However, on bad days, I sometimes have to change around tea-time.
