This is moomin, she's 15 years old and has always been a skinny small girl but within the last year or so her appetite has really decreased and I noticed her losing weight. All blood tests were done about 3 months ago and were all normal but vet agreed she was rather skinny. Moomin is also the fussiest eater EVER! The only thing I can get her to eat is applaws wet cat food in broth the tuna one and royal canine dry biscuits but even those are a miss occasionally. I came across this 5 days ago and so glad I did! Not going to lie, moomin hates the taste she won't have it on her food or even lick it off her paws I have to smear it on her gums and have her wrapped in a towel, it's very thick like marmite so hard to administer but I'll continue to do it if it means she gets all the vitamins she needs. We are on day 5 and the last two days she has come down for her breakfast in the morning ate nearly a quarter and I've seen her eating her dry food during the day. The biggest noticeable improvement I've seen is the fact she will now eat dreamies as a treat! Before she would always turn her nose up even at the tuna ones but today she took x5 from me very happily! I've definitely seen a improvement with her appetite and long may it continue. As long as my old girl continues to want and eat food that's all I can ask for from this product and I'm very happy I found it!

It's quite a pricey vitamin supplement in a tube similar to a toothpaste - it's gooey, stinky, and sticky. The cat hates it, but I am telling you, it works! Background: I have 2 Maine Coons and one of them had a nasty cold in Jan/Feb this year - runny nose, watery eyes, sore throat, sneezing - just like humans. He did not want to eat almost anything and lost a lot of weight. He literally survived on those licky yoghurty things for cats - he was able to eat few of these per day, but they don't have a lot of nutritional value. My cat is now 12 years old, so I was VERY worried he wanted to finish his earthly existence. The cold was gone, but the appetite did not return - he became awfully fragile and skinny. Not interested in cat food at all, just few morsels per day - way too little. I started giving this vitamin cream straight away, 9 days ago - smeared on his front paws twice per day. He absolutely hated this, but was unable to resist and had to clean it off - the first noticeable difference was on day 3 - my senior Maine Coon ate 1/3 of his meal for first time in 2 months. Today is day 9 of twice per day administration of this yuckiness - my cat has gained 150 g in weight! And ate 2/3 of his normal portion plus 1/2 of raw chicken breast cut in tiny pieces! My cat looks much better, is interested in what's going on and follows me around the house - he even jumps on the counters and tables again! Fur is a bit sticky, but I don't care at this stage. He still has about 1-1.5 kg to gain back, but I can already see it is working well. I am telling you, if you are in a similar situation and it is safe to do so - TRY IT. It might save your beloved pet.

This paste is useful to help cat regain it's appetite. I would only use for cats who need bringing back to health or off their food for a period. If your cat is off their food it may be the food itself which doesn't agree with them. If you feed any mammal sugars it will increase insulin in their body and make them hungrier.. If you have a sugary/ high carbohydrate breakfast you will probably be hungrier than you would if you had a high protein diet. So in that way this will stimulate appetite and is very helpful for cats in dire health situations who will not eat at all. It does have some useful added vitamins but I would not use this as a daily supplement for regular healthy cats.. just in times when cats are either ill or off their food. Cats need meat and that means meat. I recommend speaking to a holistic cat nutritionist who can advise on a whole food balanced natural diet. But for very poorly felines and stressed cats off their food this is useful for short periods.

I bought this after one of my cats had a life threatening illness and had a week in hospital with multiple procedures. I thought I’d lost him, thankfully not. I used this amongst other things to help him build up his strength again on his road to recovery. He can be fussy but he liked the taste and happily licked it from a bowl or my finger. My other cat likes it too. I’ve continued to use it as both my cats are Calicivirus positive rescues so their immune system needs all the help it can get. I’d definitely recommend d this if you need to boost your cats immune system.

Trying to supliment an elderly cat's diet as she lost weight and she hates it. Refuses to eat it from the tube or finger. Will not lick it off if put on her paw as instructed. Only way I'm getting her to eat it is by smearing it on her nose or rubbing it inside her mouth which she hates. Will see if it helps at all but even mixing it into cat treats she avoids it like the plague.

Got this for my kitten who had neurological problems as she also had kidney and liver issues this seemed to give her a boost. Just add to their meals daily and really seemed to help her. It is quite sticky but you learn just squeeze the tube with the amount you want and let it drop off the tube instead of trying to get it off with your hands as it is very thick!

I purchased this because one of my three cats is a poor eater and one is rather skinnier than usual from a previous illness. I tried giving this to all three of them on it’s own, put on a treat stick, and mixed into their wet food. They turned their nose up at the treat and even refused to eat it. I managed to get them to eat a very small amount disguised in their wet food but if I increased it they didn’t eat their food at all. When something is meant to help their health but instead affects it negatively when it is so disgusting to them that they refuse to eat anything it’s touched, I think it’s a poor product. The other two cats aren’t fussy eaters and will hungrily gobble anything down. They refused this. I finished the one tube I bought and haven’t seen any results from that but I refuse to buy another when it’s so insanely difficult to get them to eat it. How you’re supposed to do it with a spoon I don’t know. Honestly, a waste of money.

This paste literally saved my cat's life!!! I don't usually write reviews but other cat owners need to hear this. My cat has hyperthyroidism and an enlarged heart and as a result began to get fluid on her lungs. She was doing well and responding well to treatment until she suddenly decided to stop eating and drinking, so we weren't able to give her her medication. We tried to entice her with so many different foods to eat and nothing worked. I bought this paste after reading the reviews in a desperate attempt to help her, using one day delivery. Within 24 hours her health had declined drastically and she was at deaths door. She was weak, breathing heavily, lethargic and felt quite cold to the touch. We took her to the vets and they tried everything to get her to take her meds and eat but nothing worked. They thought we would have to put her to sleep.The paste was due to arrive the same afternoon so I wanted to give it a try before deciding to go through with the procedure. She wouldn't eat the paste herself from my hand so we put some on her front paws (as recommended on the bottle) which she happily licked off. Within 2 hours her apetite started to return and she was drinking again, I was amazed!! Getting her to take her meds was still problematic so we tried crushing her tablets and combined it with the paste and put it on her front paws and she had all of it. We could see a difference in her health within a few hours. Her apetite increased steadily and she began to get more energy. Within a few days she now has a healthy appetite (she can't get enough of food now!) , is taking her all her meds and drinking water. She's made a drastic improvement and all this is solely down to this paste. If it wasn't for this product we would have lost her. Can't thank this company enough for making something like this. Every cat owner should have this in case of emergency, especially those who have sick cats that are on life long medication. This paste is truly a miracle worker and managed to do what even the vets themselves couldn't. I now give her this paste every day and she is getting stronger and stronger and returning back to her old self. Her symptoms have all mostly gone and her breathing is back to normal.
