This is doing a great job for hemarrhoids by removing the need for lots of iritating paper wiping. Has a nice metal valve on the underside to let air in. The bottle fits very nicely in the bag to hide the product's purpose if you want to leave it by the toilet without attracting any attention. This is a fantastic invetsment and such a simple solution.

Absolute waste of money. A plastic water bottle would be equally effective.

The product is exactly as pictured, works well and easy to clean. Good size to take in the luggage. The pouch is a bonus to keep the bottle clean and out of the way of other stuff when it is wet. Five stars well deserved!

needs a bit of getting used to so it won't drip while you hold it upside down and unintentionally press the bottle. it needs to be held on the neck part when turned upside down to ensure no spraying. or if you do hold it in the body part make sure you don't press it even lightly as it is a bit sensitive and sprays at the slightest pressure.

It's.....OK. When it said it was portable I had images of me being able to fill it with water at home and carry it around with me to use in public toilets when out and about. You cannot do this. The long necked spout and the nozzle are perfect. The bottle is made from a soft plastic making it easy to squeeze. However, the bottle is not sealable. It even has a hole in the bottom (this obviously aids with being able to squeeze the water out) so you cannot fill it and leave it ready for use because it will slowly leak. I also found I ended up with water everywhere no matter how careful I was. The concept is great it is just flawed

Poor quality product for the price. When you tip the bottle upside down and squeeze, half the water escapes from the lid rather than travelling down the 'sprinkler'. My advice would be to either buy a cheaper version of this design (you still get half the water sprinkling) or get a toto electric version as these are brilliant albeit costly. This is an expensive rip off for a shoddy product.

Have tried a few and none had adequate pressure. This is 'amazing' as my husband exclaimed - we are used to having hoses in all the toilets having lived in The Middle East so it's a relief to find something that actually works. We Thoroughly recommend this product and about to buy a second to have one at home and one to carry.

Excellent value and does the job well. Valve on base of bottle means that it can produce a continuous stream with consistent squeeze. Nozzle easy to direct.
