Will this work with insulated plasterboard which is 62.5 thick?

The distance inside is 35mm and will be half board outside. Because is soft the insulation just have to press the plasterboard and will be ok. If is standard size 2400 mm long, but if is 3000 mm will be hard alone with this thing. If you moving alone better without this thing put on you back one board hold with both hands and rull to the stairs or wherever have to be.

why is it £7.55 for one but £42.07 for two?

Can I carry a fire door with this 44mm

No you probly snap off the shelf great bit of kit I BOUGHT 2 1 KEEP IN VAN ONE IN DOORS you wont regret buying these are great.

Can I carry fence panels with this as I deliver fencing nationwide and in high winds it is a bit of a chore trying to control them by yourself .

I carry sheets of plywood ect from time to time but there is a stopper to stop material sliding off on the carrier that might be too narrow for your use.However the item is cheap enough tomake it worth trying an adaption with a small bracket possibly.
