How to find expiry date in this?

European legislation requires cosmetic products to display how long they are expected to remain safe to use after first opening by marking the container with a ‘period after opening’ or PAO symbol. Look for an open jar symbol on your product, and the number in or alongside it, which tells you how many months the product remains usable after opening.

I don't see why not. It is just soap at the end of the day so should be fine.

Could this be used to clean a menstral cup

Yes, any soap can be used to clean a menstrual cup as cups are made from silicone that won't absorb any harmful residue and will be perfectly safe with any soap so long as it is properly rinsed after cleaning. Personally I use Femfresh on a morning and night for both myself and my cup and have never had any issues. However the best way to properly sterilise a menstrual cup (which you should after a cycle or every week or so) is to boil it in water for 5-10 minutes, and then gently scrubbing with any soap of choice with a small brush (like a nail brush or old toothbrush), and then again rinse thoroughly.

I have really sensitive nether regions i even have to 'douche' after washing my hair so would this be a good choice?

I don’t suffer from over sensitivity but use this product rather than soap because it is sensitive. All you can do it try a little and see how you get on.
