I would not use this internally. It doesn't specify on the package that you cannot eat it, but still. It is meant for external use, for sport injuries and to detox and purify skin. Epsom salts need to have a certain purification grade for them to be ingested. Try to search for "Edible Epsom Salts" instead. This product is amazing for baths tho.

What quantity would you put in a 1/3 full bath?
