I love this product and like the quality of Viridian products. It has taken a while for the affects to become apparent, but my 6 year old boy, after a few months of taking this powder, seems a lot healthier and doesn't seem to picking up as many viruses. The powder is tasteless too and I dissolve it in a little apple juice and have had no complaints.

I've had wheat, dairy intolerance for around 20 years. The wheat side of it improved a few years ago then got a lot worse about 10 years ago. I then tried: l-glutamine (which worked for a bit then stopped) then I tried betaine-HCL to try and increase acid (this worked for about 2 weeks then got worse again). My stomach basically got so bad I was on a FODMAP diet. This essentially stopped me eating most foods. I lived on plain rice and plain chicken for quite a while. Dull dull dull. So after another bad episode I had some of this in the cupboard and thought I might as well give it a go. So I had it after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner. I had 3 spoons (included in the bottle) and after about 3 or 4 days my stomach improved significantly. After a week or so I could eat onions, garlic, spices and more (hurrah!). After about a month I started to introduce oats, then wheat. Foods I had not been able to eat in years. And now after 3 months I can eat most foods (dairy is still hit and miss). I eat spicy food, chinese, curry, thai, greens (choy, cabbage). For me its been amazing. Its not cheap but it seems to work better than pills. Not sure if I could buy pills and empty them into the lukewarm water but for now I'll put up with the cost for at least 3 or 4 more months.

Personally I think this product is great and I dissagree with the person who gave only 3 stars. Yes, it contains fewer strains (4 strains) however it contains prebiotic too as well as vit C. Whereas Udo's Choice (which I purchased in the past due to recommendations) doesn't contain prebiotics so to keep bacterias alive, it has additivies and preservatives like silicone dioxide & maltodextrin (probably GMO) also traces of milk & soy (information from the bottle). Viridian printed the following information on the bottle: "...is free from gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, lactose, milk, added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives or artificial colourings. Non-irradiated. Against animal testing" Also that the refrigeration is not required if stored correctly "in a cool and dry place". It's tasteless & mixes well. I add it to my son's water. It already improved his health in 3 weeks and I have to add that I have been fighting a nasty cold and a chest infection for a week. He caught the cold at the same time and had only mild symptoms for 2 days. Highly reccomended!

When i checked the ingredients they are the exactly the same as a cheap probiotic I bought which doesn't need to be refridgerated so points down for expense. It looks like a premium product - so I thought it had other strains of probitoic. Unfortunately it only contains L Acidophilus B Lactis and B Bifidum. For a few pounds more on amazon you can buy Udos Choice powder which has 50% more grams and 7 strains in the right concentrations. Would buy as maintenance/boost for my kids with disgestive bother if it was half the price but we do need the premium products at the min so was a waste of money for us. Plus side it mixes well and is tasteless so you can mix it in juice/yoghurt or sprinkle on cereal etc and you can't tell

Good quality product. Improved my kid's eczema condition. Taste seems ok, my kid has no problem of taking it.

Love this product - even though it's aimed at kids, I highly recommend taking this as an adult. I got digestive problems even while taking Symprove and this contributed to helping makes things better again, after stopping taking Symprove.

I have been using these with all 3 children for about 5 years and always recommend them to family and friends. Super easy to swallow and they really enjoy having their vitamin time. The only downside is the new spoon which is a really hard to reach, I much rather prefer the original one (lucky I kept a couple).

The only probiotic I've found for children with no sugar, sweeteners, flavours or any nasties. My kids have never really got sick, they are super healthy and I believe these have helped. Also helps my little girl to go to the toilet. Buying now for the second time, I'd recommend and buy again!

Una maravilla. Cuando tienes múltiples alergias, intolerancias, problemas digestivos (incluyendo esofagitis, disbiosis intestinal, colitis, eosinofilia, etc...), y/o todo te sienta mal; encontrar un probióticos adecuado es un suplicio. Puedo decir, por experiencia propia, que éste ha sido el único que he tolerado bien. No tiene ningún edulcorante, saborizante raro o componentes artificiales. Siendo muy constante, durante muchos meses, poco a poco, ves resultados.
