Bought this during lockdown to try something new. Given it was so cheap, I didn’t have any expectations but it looks and sounds great. I’m a complete beginner but the tunes I’ve been able to play sound exactly as they should do, and it’s been a joy to mess around with. I’ve been playing it almost daily for three months and no problems at all so far. Feels like it will stand the test of time. In fact, it will probably last longer than my interest in playing ukulele!

For the cost these make it a brilliant little ukulele its cheap you can tell it's cheap don't bash it because it's not a drum look after it and it will needed tuning frequently but so what buy an uber tuner off Amazon and have a go yourself at tuning it,keep it tuned have loads of fun looking up tutorials on YouTube I've enjoyed it for 2 days now hopefully you will too but if you want to be a professional buy a more expensive one and don't complain about the price ,£30 all in enjoy it!

This was the second Ukulele I owned and I bought it as I loved the colours, and wanted something for beginners that has a decent sound. Lovely instrument and does have a good sound, great for the price. My only issue was that there was a bit of a colour contrast on the back of the instrument, but it still looked lovely and this would probably vary from instrument to instrument.

Beautiful starting ukulele. The colour is lovely. Only problem is the case is quite flimsy and the edges or the ukulele are rough and jagged. Overall though, a very lovely instrument if your just starting out

A great quality, good value ukulele that my daughter has been using for 2 years. Built to last and is a great starter instrument for beginners.

The product was the perfect colour for my daughter and she was really made up to get this Ukulele. It was straight forward to tune, but it constantly needed tuning and wouldn't stay in tune. After a few months of owning the Ukulele (bought in June 2020) and hardly used the bridge came away from the Ukulele out of the blue. As per another review the bridge does seem to be glued to the paint so it makes that point weaker.

Looks beautiful and feels great. But it comes so ridiculously out of tune. I’ve played other instruments before and I have an electronic tuner and I’ve spent the past two hours attempting to tune this device to no avail. It takes me two minutes to tune my guitar so I know it can’t be me. Got to have a lot of patience and a musical ear to be able to get to a point where you can play this device

My granddaughter was so pleased with this. An ideal beginners Ukulele. Mahalo produce good quality instruments for their price and the sound always exceeds expectations. Recommended.
