This is definitely the best magnesium oil spray I've tried. I don't experience a stinging effect as I do with cheaper brands and it's very effective. I feel more relaxed and it helps to ease muscle tension. One thing I've learnt over the years I've been into supplements is its worth spending a little extra to get the best quality. If you're after a magnesium oil spray save your money trying others. This will do what you want it to. Good luck!

Excellent product. I use this for cramp as a chronic sufferer this has literally changed my life. It is expensive however it is worth it for me to have something at last that almost completely solves my problem. Arrived quickly and well packaged. I would recommend give it a go When I first purchased this product it was about £25. What has happened for such a huge price rise !!!

After hearing about the benefits for sleep and joint pains, I decided to buy it for my parents who are in their 60s. My Dad is not really one to try new things but my mum did try it and said that she did feel some benefits to her joint pains and was able to experience better quality of sleep. Not sure if it is the placebo effect or actually the product but seems to help either way so i am happy with the purchase.

Brilliant product ! Can't sleep with out it, helps my restless legs amazingly , better than the oils as it seeks in immediately.

Recommended this by Chiropractor, and having listened to the book "Sleep Smarter". This didn't help me fall asleep but the quality of sleep was so greatly improved that I felt "awake" the next morning and have continued to even when having a bad nights sleep. Also used on a child with sleep difficulties and had the same result. I would highly recommend this product as apparently a magnesium deficiency is a large contributor to poor sleep which I have had for over 20 years. So nice to feel awake in the day.

Great product however they have scrimped on packaging and once half full, the bottle spray rarely works when pressed. Given the price of the product I would not expect to have to spend time pumping away until the bottle actually sprays out magnesium.

does this guarantee a good night of sleep? surely not. I have had many interrupted nights also with this one. as always it is a topical treatment and will not have psychological soothing effects... i love to get my magnesium topical though. I use 6 sprays on each shoulder and massage it in.. Maybe i should increase the dosage some. I do think it kind of calms the muscles a bit.

My 82-year old mother and also my aunt use this spray often. They both say that it helps with joint pain and it improves their sleep.

My husband and I find this very helpful for preventing restless legs. We apply it behind the knees and on the back of the calves. We have had no further problems with restless or cramping legs.

I have made my own magnesium oil for years, but this is superior because it rubs into the skin quickly and effectively. It doesn't leave the area feeling cold and clammy. At the end of the day, I don't have the white residue that I often have when I use my own magnesium oil. Costs more than making it, but worth it to me at this time.

Absolutely live this product. Super effective but must apply several times a day. I dropped the bottle accidentally, broke the sprayer, trying to find something to replace so liquid isn't lost.
