Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 256GB, Graphite - Unlocked (Renewed)

I’m writing this review a bit late as i got the phone around the time 17 of February after purchasing on the 7th. Initially I was scared reading the mixed reviews everyone was getting, my parents previously had bad experiences with buying electronics on amazon and not being able to return them. I also live a caribbean country so returning this would have been so much more costly than to keep it if anything was wrong with it. I even contacted the seller to let them know my concern (to which they answered, God bless electronics deals❤️) Buttt! the phone came in amazing quality! the battery health is at 100% as shown in the picture, the touch responsiveness is about as smooth as a new iphone and the exterior of the phone is in good condition. a few scratches on stainless steel sides of the phone but nothing too serious, also 2 scratches on the screen but barely noticeable from 12ft away or using a screen protector, it doesn’t affect the screen quality so everything’s fine there. The camera works beautifully no faulty there, the speaker, silencer button everything working great! I’m even writing this review using the phone right now🥰 The phone however, came in a white small phone looking like box, covered in bubble wrap. Not sure if i was lucky or if they do this to all the phones but, mine came with a case and screen protector already on! I later swapped them out for a different phone case and privacy screen protector. The charger however was 3rd party (lighting cable to type A) luckily i bought a new one prior and one of my friends gave me an authentic apple charger (the phone now charges to 100% within 45 mins) To sum it up, I definitely recommend! the worst case is that your battery health is below 90% or you can be lucky to get 100% battery health like me! either way you be saving a ton of money (an iphone 13 pro usually goes for about 1500-1650 EC in my country however, i bought this phone at the time for 950 EC, definitely a steal.) thank you so much electronic deals, super happy. I ordered this phone and have been using it daily for five months now. It is perfect! The battery life is as expected, that is it lasts throughout the day on one charge. Also, the phone condition is excellent. No signs of use, that I can see. I just put my personal SD card in and had the phone transfer info from my old iphone 8. Very easy to use. This phone has worked flawlessly since. (I hope I didn't just jinx it, LOL) The phone seems new to me, so I think this is a great value for my money. Also, I brought it in to my local phone repair shot to have a screen protector installed and the representative there told me there was already a really nice one on it. That was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend this seller as I am very satisfied with my purchase.

After much research, I decided to choose Amazon's refurbished program over Apple, Best Buy, or Walmart. I've had much success with Walmart's refurbished products, but selected this phone based on the fact it was the highest level for Amazon - "Refurbished Excellent". I should've returned it as soon as I opened it, and found the back cover was not original. The phone did check out as actual Apple iPhone, so I bought the highest quality case - an Otterbox (commuter series) - and started using it. I don't even know how I got the first two cracks on the screen (chose iPhone over other brands because the screen is supposedly so much sturdier), but the final blow followed shortly. The shattered spot happened when it fell out from under my arm, landing on the side of the case. I went to the local Batteries Plus to ask a price for screen replacement; the employee took the protective case off to take a look, and we discovered the rear phone cover was shattered! Fast forward about a month, now the battery is failing. One minute it will show 90%, then all of a sudden it shuts down, restarts, and shows 10%. My phone is essential for so many reasons - work, communication with aged parents on-call emergencies, and so much more. Amazon should be ashamed of calling a product "Refurbished Excellent", when it falls apart after only a few months of use! Over $400, and now it will take more than that to repair! Extremely dissatisfied.

A bit of a story here... last year I bought a refurb'ed, like new iPhone 13 from Amazon... and returned it (and bought one elsewhere, that was much nicer, and less money). This year - being entirely comfortable with the i13 level specs - I decided to upgrade to an i13 Pro... and - because of last year's experience - went elsewhere first. What I got from them this time was definitely not what I ordered (it was supposed to be "pristine"... what I got was scratched up junk). So I came back to Amazon, and ordered the only "used-like new" offering on the i13 Pro "list" that day. What I got, well, wasn't (i.e., wasn't "used-like new"). Again. Sigh. (I have a ton of experience with buying "used-like new" stuff from Amazon over the years, and I know what to expect... and this wasn't it.) But. What I received was a "refurbished-excellent" i13 Pro (the same category as the i13 I ordered last year... which was again, anything but, back then, lol). The category which is is now listed on the order form. (Why would they change the category? When it wasn't what I ordered? -Dunno.) HOWEVER. ... big "however". It was... almost... perfect: a few tiny scratches around the lightning port is all a minute examination found wrong (the previous owner had mostly used mag-charging I imagine). And... the battery health - while entirely within the spec for Amazon refurbished (i.e., "80% or greater") - was still a disappointment at only 84%. Still. Cosmetic-wise... acceptable. More than acceptable, even. Agreeably nice... obviously: as I kept it. (Note: I wouldn't review it if I hadn't kept it.) Note: For long term use of any iPhone, to avoid battery related issues, Apple recommends replacing the battery when its below 80% battery health... which repair cost from Apple is about $90 or so... iow, not a big deal. Look, I'm not the target demographic for a new Apple phone anyways; especially their Pro. So sending the phone in for a new battery, especially for what I paid for the 1TB version, is a-okay. And figured into the price. But - other than battery health... and those few tiny [mostly unnoticeable] scratches - I paid quite a bit less (saved a couple of hundred over the "other guys" offerings) at Amazon for a truly ultra-clean i13 Pro - with 1TB capacity - which is in otherwise almost perfect condition. And while its minor flaws render it most certainly NOT in the "used-like new" category... the savings over market costs for a 1TB version rendered my objections to the category moot: it was more than good enough as "refurbished-like new" lol. While YMMV, well... after all... in the final analysis... this one is a keeper. Thanks Amazon. Just keep in mind: all refurb's are "luck of the draw". Amazon is great about their return policy. Take a chance. You'll save money... maybe a bunch of money. Final word: recommend.

5 star to the Seller, 4 stars for the phone. The phone came as scheduled. Phone itself is in great condition and seems everything functions the way it should except for a couple things. Camera, being refurbished you don’t know what was being repaired or replaced unless you contact the seller prior to purchasing which I highly recommend. Camera seems to work fine but the side feature you click(sensor) to open the camera doesn’t work. I can live with that not too bad. Second is the battery life. Battery health capacity was only 77%. It just drains so fast when being used and gets hot overtime. Again ask the seller, any honest seller will tell you exactly if not be posted on their ad. My bad coz I didn’t bother asking and thinking it should all be in “excellent” condition. Anyhow,I contacted the seller immediately, and they responded promptly. Great seller as far as my impression. Very quick to resolve the issue. They gave me options and I’m happy that they gave considerations.

Needed more storage on iPhone so I went from a 64gb 12 to a 256gb iPhone 13 Pro. I was almost gonna buy the 14 pro. But I have seen reviews that the 13 Pro was almost the same thing. On arrival the phone does have scratches on the front screen no worries on that I can replace the screen in due time. The sides and back no damage at all. A bit pricey for the age it has but well worth it. The only thing I will change out soon is the battery. Even though it says 100% battery health. It’s an aftermarket battery and the iPhone’s parts and service won’t let me dismiss/fix the alert that it’s not the original battery. I managed to get the phone service somehow (e-sim) I thought I could use a physical SIM card on it but I couldn’t. I will go to Verizon and ask them if I can put a physical SIM card. Good quality on the phone. Has a good feel and grip. Compatibility is perfect. No complaints with my purchase at all. Maybe others might not have the same luck but you have to take a chance a bit.

I’m very happy with these iPhones! They arrived in great condition and look amazing. The phone works smoothly, the screen is beautiful, and the battery life has been great so far. Everything feels fast and high quality. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!

Reading the reviews, it seems like it's just blind luck. Some people get phones with great batteries, others not so great. I'm one of the unlucky ones. I run the phone on low-power mode, and get about two days out of it with very light use. The phone OS reports the battery is not made by Apple, and consequently battery health information is unavailable. Once I cross the 50% threshold on the battery, all bets are off. I'll be taking pics, and the battery will drop from 52% to 50%, then suddenly all the way down to 28% and then it will lose a percentage point every ten seconds: 27%, 26%, 25%, etc... until it suddenly plummets all the way down to 1% and then the phone shuts down. I contacted Amazon and they put me in touch with the seller, who offered a 10% refund, but overall there's no real savings here, as I had to go to an Apple store and get them to replace the battery. I probably won't be buying a renewed phone on Amazon again.

Obtienes lo que pagas, el producto llegó en excelente estado no tiene ningún rayón ni abolladura todos funciona a la perfecto todo lo tiene original lo único que llegó medio mal fue la batería con un 83% pero por lo que pagas es lo mínimo la verdad recomiendo mucho al vendedor y el producto pero si eres una persona que quiere todo perfecto mejor compra uno nuevo

Happy so far. About 4 months with the phone. Battery is still at 100%. Arrived like new cosmetically.

Al principio tenía mis dudas por ser reacondicionado pero me animé a comprarlo ya que cuenta con un año de garantía; en estética le doy un puntaje de 9.5/10, ya que presenta un pequeño detalle estético en la pantalla (rayón) que solo se nota si lo ves muy de cerca; por otra parte, la batería cuenta con un 98%, nada mal a mi punto de vista, en general todo funciona correctamente (cámara, audio etc). Cuenta con cargador y cable Lightning pero estos son genéricos, tal y como lo señalan en la descripción, por lo que yo opté por comprarlos originales, ya queda a criterio de cada quien cuál usar. Por último, el envío fue rápido llegó antes del tiempo establecido y muy bien protegido. En resumen vale la pena por la calidad-precio, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Great refreshed phone. Seemed in near perfect condition and battery has held up well.
