Good for bones
I take two of these a day to help my bones, I hope they are working. Apparently calcium supplements are not recommended due to a build up in the arteries but a couple of these a day instead of the recommended four just helps me to top up anything I'm not getting from my diet.

Great calcium supplement from plant sources rather than carbonate. Has additional nutrients to help with transporting the calcium to where it needs to be in the body. Just remember to take it away from medicines, as it can affect their absorption.

This is really good product, have some tooth issues with pain going to get tooth fixed in a week . This seems to help pain subside a little bit along with Tylenol and allergy pills as well . Would recommend , have been taking same brand b12s also seems to work pretty good . This stuff is a must have as getting older as well as for ones being younger. Magnesium for strong enamel more resistance to erosion and decay , decreases bone loss (jaw) helps gums for those who didn’t know . Me I’m just learning something new always looking up this stuff . Just things I never thought of and did . So watch out before it’s too late.
