Will this repair a Hairline crack on an aluminium boat?

I don't see why not , it worked on a small crack in the sump of my car and that was 2 years ago . Just a small tip, work it through your fingers until soft with gloves also it will cure faster if you apply heat on it after applying to crack eg hair dryer.

Can this be used to repair an enlarged bolt hole of a mitre clamp?

Well just used it to seal an oil sump temp, worked fine, also fixed my exaust with it. You must prep before to work properly and work it through your fingers before applying works great if used correctly.

A petrol tank does hole, so, is it good for filled metal tank's hole?

Difficult answer .If the metal it is to stick to is very clean and a big enough patch was made to stick over the area,Making sure it goes into the hole as well, possibly .Though difficult if petrol is leaking through .
