Korean Red Ginseng Extract, 80mg/g, 30 Days

I have been using this over a month now (I am 40 yrs old male). I generally start at the beginning of September or mid September to boost my immune system and general well being. The product is the same as another brand which is sold for £10 more than this, so I suggest buy this one! I feel more energetic and sharp but you have to find your own suitability requirements as it has many uses. Do some research on the internet before you start your dosage. I take one spoon (provided) a day, effects take 2-3 weeks depending on which age bracket you fall in.

I really like the taste of this, a nice sweet earthy taste. have to put the jar down before I get carried away. As for benefit - I've been taking Ginseng for 40 years so didn't expect any further miracles, just an enjoyable way of adding this supplement

product arrived on date specified item looks exactly as seen and drsctibed. Not used yet so cannot comment on its potency.

The Korean Red Ginseng still the best Ginseng ever, I did try already all them and I back always to this one, his quality is excellent and if you want the best one then this is all you need.

Didn't do anything for me really so after 30 days I didn't bother to replenish. It DID create a mild stomach feeling not unlike having had too much coffee, a sort of physical and slight on edge effect, so perhaps the stimulation was there in organic terms. It just didn't perk me up, stop me slumping at 2pm or from feeling tired. As an experiment I tried twice the suggested dose at lunchtime and was still happily snoozing on the sofa that afternoon. Have reverted to - shock horror - exercise and fresh air, which are working better. I would always suggest giving things like this a go as we're all different and I have a friend who swears by ginseng. Not for me though.

I have relished using this Ginseng Extract product ever since I discovered it. Delicious and effective. You really cannot go wrong. I will be ordering my next jar very soon I promise you.

Do noticeable difference and tastes awful even when you have it with a glass of juice or a hot drink as recommended. Bad value for money.

Ottimo prodotto ..... i cui effetti denunciano l'ottima qualità dei ginsenosidi di cui è composto. Dopo due settimane di utilizzo ho iniziato a sentire "l'effetto" pieno, considerando che, come tutti gli integratori, ha bisogno di raggiungere un certo livello di concentrazione plasmatica nel sangue prima di apportare benefici. Il Panax Ginseng non è certo una "panacea" attraverso la cui assunzione si deve avere la pretesa dell'immediata risoluzione dei motivi che ci hanno spinto ad assumerlo. Ritengo che fare un solo mese, a mio modesto parere, non ha senso ed ecco perché chi non lo ha mai provato non riesce a coglierne gli "effetti" complice, in questo, la disinformazione o l'errata informazione. Raccomando, a coloro che sono "caffè dipendenti" come me, (che non mi alzo al mattino prima di una buona tazza di caffè!!), di fare 'estrema attenzione' al numero di tazzine assunte in un giorno poiché, essendo il ginseng uno stimolante, si rischia di avere l'effetto "agitazione ed irrequietezza" particolarmente nei momenti in cui ci si vorrebbe rilassare. Quindi se in una giornata prevedete di avere degli spazi da dedicare unicamente a voi stessi ed in cui volete rilassarvi ....... e non riuscite a rinunciare alle 2-3-4 tazzine di caffè giornaliere ..... allora vi consiglio (in quei giorni e qualche giorno prima ....(dipende anche se è già un certo numero di giorni che lo prendete) dicevo vi consiglio per quel giorno di non prenderlo. Il prodotto è valido e solitamente rispetto all'erboristeria si ha un prezzo vantaggioso e si risparmiano quasi 10 € che di questi tempi non sono "bruscolini". Su Amazon, ormai, salvo rari casi ..... non vi è nulla da eccepire. Consigliato.

Product is good and I can tell you good red gingseng works wonders, but unfortunately even with the TINY spoon inlcuded, mine is not enoug for 30 days. My jar was only half full and after a almost a week of using it, it's already almost empty. Maybe I got a faulty product.
