Excellent organic product, I sprinkle this on my porridge or greek yoghurt in the morning before work usually a heaped teaspoon , has a strong smell, but tastes fine, I definitely feel better throughout the day energy wise, and for the price and how long it lasts its a no brainer, will be ordering again, not tried any other brands yet but will stick with this one just now

Based on my experience, I strongly advise seeking medical advice before using this product, particularly if you are undergoing hormonal changes, as it can potentially affect your hormone balance. Personally, I discontinued using the product and my symptoms have ceased since then.
