Am I able to draw on this?

Does the ink smudge after printing?

No, the ink absorbs into the material and will not smudge.

How long does the glue last once it has been stuck on to a surface?

The adhesive is strong and permanent, it will remain stuck on clean and smooth surfaces until you manually remove it.
