Can this get ride of box dye so I can have my natural colour back?

No this is a shampoo. It simply cleans any oils, product residues, pollution, etc from your hair. It cannot remove permanent dyes.

Does this help retain purple coloured hair ?

It’s suitable for any coloured hair I’m grey with highlights and it keeps the colour fresh. The reason I get it is you don’t have to wash your hair as often as it doesn’t use as many chemicals.

Is there salt in this as on the Colour Wow website it says it’s perfect for keratin treated hair but the ingredients say sodium chloride which is salt

Hi Lawley, Sodium Chloride is edible table salt and we do not specifically add this to our shampoo. The sodium chloride appears on the ingredient label since it is contained as a by-product in a few of the sulfate-free cleansers we use. and the concentration is less than 1%. We add it to our ingredients for full transparency but it has no negative effect on hair or scalp.

Have they changed the formula? It used to be clear but my bottle ordered from here had a yellow/orange tinge to it and doesn’t feel the same.

Hi as far as I know the formula hasn't been changed. It sounds like the one you have is contaminated as it shouldn't be that colour but clear. Contact the seller and get them to send you a replacement
