Product description ------------------- Our non dried goji berries are the highest quality goji and are fruity and delicious. Goji berries contain all essential amino s, have the highest concentration of protein of any fruit and are very high in C and carotenoids. They also have 21 trace minerals including iron, calcium, zinc, selenium and are high in fibre. Goji berries are easy to enjoy in home made bars or smoothies or as a topper for cereals such as muesli or porridge. If you don't have a powerful blender/food processor you may want to keep them soaked in a little water or apple juice to soften them before blending. They are also delicious when combined with our dark chocolate in homemade bars or treats or in a homemade trail mix with our macadamias and cashews. Native to the Himalayan ains of Tibet and Mongolia, goji berries have been used in Chinese medicine for years and the tive and cled medicinal benefits of goji berries are many and legendary.
