Does this product provide heat protection or if not, can it be used in conjunction with Ciment Thermique?

I don't think this provides heat protection but it's a lovely product that smells gorgeous. I haven't heard of the product you mentioned but I use V05 heat protection which I really like. Hope this helps.

I have a slightly sensitive scalp with fine hair. Would this suit me.

As I am not a hairdresser I can only answer for myself. I have always had thick hair but it is getting thinner and a dry seal at times. Applied to my hair with a comb, I haven't had any issues but please don't take my word for it that it will be ok for your hair. Hope this helps.

After using this mousse three times it no longer comes out as mousse only liquid. I thought mousse great, wish it still worked.
