**Q: Why has this only lasted two weeks?**
A: You probably forgot to reset the filter counter on the prep machine

**Q: Is this compatible with tommee tippee closer to nature prep machine?**
A: It is supposed to be compatible but I found that it didn't let water through so I sent mine back for a refund

**Q: Missing sticker on the top. Worried this is second hand/already used.**
A: If they are new they should arrive in a box and sealed in a white plastic packet, i believe the filters with the stickers are the older model filters.

**Q: Any batteries in this?**
A: Why would this have batteries? They are replacement filters to go inside the tommee tippee prep machine and will be submerged in water. The prep machine itself has a 3 prong plug which you plug in in your house, eg kitchen or bedroom.
