As we get older, our testosterone production diminishes. Testosterone helps in so many ways, protecting the heart, diabetes and libido to name but a few. I bought Maca capsules first time about a year ago, from another supplier. For the first week or two I did take higher doses, higher than recommended. Then I continued with I think recommended dose. I finished the whole package. I didnt get my period for 6 months. It was the first time something like that was happening to me. For sure it was Maca. During that time I was also training like crazy in the gym and got pretty lean. Then I (consciously or not) started eating more just to get things to normal again, because I really wanted to get my period again. Anyway, now I purchased it again. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now, 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast (that's half of the recommended dose). I generally think it's a good thing, especially since I'm going to the gym and running in the morning. I hope this time everything goes well. I do feel good with it, I'm active the whole day, I have no complaints. I'm taking it now together with probiotic, prebiotic and green tea extract. I feel my appetite has decreased substantially. But, of course, be careful with anything that affects your hormones, learn on my mistake.

Product is really good, but you need to divides the amounts by 4 (tablets) so it's "only" 1000mg Maca and 450mg L-Arginine in each tablet. Which is good, but they should tell it in their description I think, it's a bit misleading.

I've been taking these for a month now.. I don't feel any different. Unless I was dying and by a cosmological coincidence I bought these vitamins just at the right time to stop me from dying, In which case they worked great.

Je prenais un médicament sous ordonnance qui fonctionnait très bien pour l'organe mais me rendez ultra agressif à chaque prise du comprimé allant jusqu'à grillé des feux rouges etc... Alors que je suis correcte dans la vie de tous les jours. Après un conseille donner d'une amie transexuelle j'ai acheté cette article . Je confirme que ça fonctionne mais qu'il faut attendre 1 mois pour avoir un changement puis ça s'améliore vraiment au bout. De 2 mois et je n'ai aucun écart de conduite, et aucune douleure ou que ce soit . Je suis sportif également mais à 44 ans il faut faire attention aux blessures, le corps fatigue plus vite . Je n'ai aucun soucis de santé à déclarer. Parcontre , je le prenais avec du minoxydile 5% au début . Ça ne convient pas. De mélanger les 2 j'ai eu des blessures aux tendons. C'est mon témoignage. Prenais l'un ou l'autre . Merci en tout cas pour cette formule qui me convient parfaitement. Je le recommande.

non mi fermo mai...e pratico tanto sport.... a volte m sembra di non riuscire a recuperare abbastanza... ho provato una serie di integratori, ma senza miglioramenti tangibili....poi 1 amico mi ha consigliato Vispura Maca.... io inizialmente ho assunto il prodotto per far contento il mio amico.... ero molto scettico...invece mi son dovuto ricredere... non mi stanco mai! recupero quasi istantaneamente l'acido lattico sembra non entrare mai in circolo.... fenomenale! si riesce ad assumere con estrema facilità.... la confezione ...arrivata perfettamente imballata e nei tempi come da ordine... è pratica ed anche molto bella..... il rosso mi fa pensare allo sprint!
