Product Description ------------------- Sally Hansen diamond strength shine base and top coat is a high wear and shine base and topcoat. Both coats in one dual-purpose bottle. As a base coat, this formula with diamond particles, seals the nail surface, leaving a smooth, diamond-hard finish that grips nail colour. As a top coat, the formula penetrates manicure layers and quickly dries to protect nail colour with a brilliant multi-faceted diamond shine finish. Quick dry and smudge proof formula protects nail colour against chipping. Dries to the touch in under a minute. Supplied in 13.3 ml bottle. Application tips: shake gently. Apply one coat to clean, dry, bare nails as a base coat and let dry. Brush on 1-2 coats of your favourite Sally Hansen protective nail colour and let dry for two minutes. Finish with a second coat of diamond strength diamond shine as a shiny top coat. Apply a new coat as needed for extra shine and protection.
