I give it to my little one only one once a week, otherwise if more, she often gets a runny poo. Don't get overexcited with it, make sure it suits your little one.

These are the only Magnesium supplements that my children will willingly take. They are great tasting (Cherry) with no artificial sweetners. We have been using them for about a month and a half. My children are definitely sleeping better and have more even energy levels. There has even been a notable difference in behaviour and emotional outbursts from one of them with increased levels of concentration. We have tried the wellkid liquid and they are not fussed but we also tried Mothers select - that was vile but presumably still does what its supposed to so its a "Spare" for now. I highly recommend this one for the kids.

Our daughter has always been hyper at bedtime, but is getting worse the older she gets (she's currently 6). We don't think it's anything other than the fact she's pushing the boundaries and in some cases just being naughty and/or defiant, but most evenings it will be between 9 and 10pm when she finally gives up - her mind just starts racing when it's time to switch off. It's a vicious cycle, as the more tired she gets, the grumpier she gets - we're both full time working parents and we're always tired, so it always ends up in frustration and arguments, but I'm sure you already know that, which is probably why you're reading reviews for these things. We've tried everything else, so thought we'd give these a go. Our daughter has used them consistently (daily) for over a month now (and for a few weeks on/off before that) and we have noticed very little, if any difference at all. I imagine the miracle cure reviews are in some cases just a placebo. Do no expect a miracle cure, it certainly wasn't isn't in our case. I've ordered a different brand and we'll try until they run out, but if we don't notice any difference we'll save the money next time as these things aren't cheap!
