Genuine Canon Lens Cap, Usual High Quality Product
This lens cap is of the same high quality one expects from a genuine Canon product. I purchased it as the addition of a Canon FA-DC67A Filter Adapter and Hoya 67mm UV filter to my Canon SX50 HS camera meant I could no longer use the original lens cap that came with the camera. As others have noted in their reviews, this lens cap does not have the two holes allowing the attachment of a strap. I remedied this by making two holes in the correct position using a heated watchmaker's screwdriver (held with some pliers) and then later sanding off the excess melted plastic. If you want to do the same, ensure you carry out the melting of the two holes with good ventilation - you don't want to be breathing in any toxic fumes! I did mine using the gas cooker, with the cooker extractor on full and the backdoor wide open. Worked fine for me and now I can hang the lens cap from the camera strap when shooting photos.

Fits camera lens fine but disappointed there is no way of attaching it to the lens cap keeper string. Likely to lose it I would say!
