I would thorough recommend this little book.

Excellent little book for the price

Easy introduction to mindfulness
Some decent tips and advice but if you're looking for a comprehensive guide this isn't it. However, it is most certainly a useful and easy starter which will help you decide if this sort of meditative, contemplative thing is for you. And, since most of the exercises only take a few minutes, it's hardly demanding on your time. I was a bit sceptical but I got enough out of this book to want to discover more. If you've got the same, sceptical nature as me I'd recommend you start with this inexpensive but surprisingly effective introduction to mindfulness.

A Great little book to carry around with you anywhere
I tend to get all stressed and am constantly thinking about the next thing to do before I have completed the current one. This book is a godsend, it has taught me to live for the moment, to become aware of every breath you take, every action you perform, every thing you say, do, etc. I practice mindful eating and have done so for a long time now and have found that I enjoy and savour the food so much. Now I am applying that technique to everyday living and performing of duties. It is not easy to do at first you have to keep on practicising, but as they say practice makes perfect. You really have to train yourself before it all comes as second nature, but it is SO worth it in the end.

This is such a lovely little book, perfect for yourself or as a little stocking filler or birthday gift! Split into themed sections, well explained and easy to read! Great for your morning routines, as each mindful activity and task is only short and doesn’t take long at all! Perfect book is you’re getting started into meditation, calming techniques and mindfulness.

So much in a little book!! Its just brilliant
Wow what an amazing little book full of all kinds of different things to do each day!! Things i didnt even know from mindfullness. Il be starting this book today.. Cant wait. I give all gratitude towards the author. Id defo recommend this!! From my own problems i know this will help me, guide me, looking forward to doing them all!!! Even my counsellor thinks its great!! Il sure be showing & telling my friends etc who may need it tysm!!

It's a bit small tbh
The book was smaller than I expected, I probably should've known from the name really! The most important thing is that it has a lot of good tips for practicing mindfulness and living in a more mindful way, which can be very rewarding and requires only a small amount of effort per day. I think that the little book of mindfulness is well worth the money when you consider the benefits that it can bring to your life. I wouldn't have minded about the size if it hadn't been a present for someone!

This book is a great reminder about mindfulness! I like it is small and you can fit anywhere. Whenever I see it around the house, I open a random page and read it. I’ve applied the teachings in my day and bring me exactly to the consciousness level I wanna be at.
