I purchased this heat lamp and it’s been a game changer for muscle tension and joint pain and also my ear infection. The lamp heats up quickly and provides deep, even warmth that feels therapeutic without getting uncomfortably hot. The adjustable angle makes it easy to target specific areas, and the sturdy base keeps it stable during use. After just a few sessions, I noticed real relief in my shoulders and lower back. Only negative side is there is no switch on and off button on the lamp.

This is the second one I've purchased, the first one didn't work. Amazon refunded me. This one works well and helps with aches and pains, the only drawback it does not come with a switch, so you have to plug it into a socket, so if the socket is close to you it's ok. Does get hot, so handle it by the base.

Ideal for pain

Easy to use however it very bad quality because after using it for few weeks when it decided to not work anymore. However I thought it’s worth a penny, good sizes, heater is on the perfect temperature but unfortunately somehow didn’t work for me long enough

The bulb is quite good but the housing isn't safe. I have used it regularly last year for 2 weeks and then have just put it on again and the plastic melted, I was alerted by the smell of burning after 13 minutes(I had put a timer on) the plastic on the top of the shade had melted down o to the bulb. I would also add that it really was getting burning hot and it is difficult to move once you have finished. There is no off switch so it needs to be unplugged and the stand is not stable as a heavy large bulb is held in a lightweight plastic stand. I don't believe this should be sold as it is dangerous and deffective in it's design.

Use it before bed. It must be sunset.

Great adjustable lamp. I have it 2 years now, use it quite regularly and the bulb is still going strong in it. Worth every penny ❤️
