I still have not yet received the order and it had been over a month is there a reason for the delay?

Hi, Thanks for your question. If you could contact us directly then we will happily assist you further. Kind regards, Abi

I have read the instructions for use on the bottles. It doesn't mention in what order to use them. Can someone advise which order they should be used?

Hygiene Spray Foot Soak Foot Scrub Foot Mask Foot & Leg Lotion Foot Spray

How long will it take to be delivered? I made an order in July and it is now September

If ordered before 1pm all orders are sent out on a DPD next (working) day service.

are the products tested on animals?

They are Not, they're also vegan friendly! Its why they cannot sell Kaeso in China.
