Excellent cake tin, 12 inch xmas cake cooked evenly, no burning round edges (used double layer parchment paper). Very easy to clean. Solid and well made.

I am slowly becoming a super fan of MasterClass! I am so impressed with their products, especially the loose bottom range. I have already worked wonders with their square tins so thought i'd try these round ones! I bought two of these tins to bake a two-tier cake. They baked perfectly, with the cakes holding their shape. They are quite deep so will hold plenty of cake mix/batter. So easy easy to clean and they look really expensive and professional. I can't wait to use again! (My only qualm is that one tin I ordered had clearly already been used! There were marks, oil and batter all over it. First time this had ever happened but Amazon were happy to send a replacement the next day for free so I wasn't too fussed!)

I bought these when I first started baking couple of years ago and they have been used loads still then. Don’t know if I’d trust the “non stick” always Greece and line the tins before filling with cake batter. I find these difficult to clean after use also. The loose bottom is always handy to slip out the sponges when baked.

I've only used this a couple of times but have been very pleased with how my cakes have turned out. I lined the tins because I was making a special cake and didn't want to take any risks, but this tin does seem to have a high quality non sitck finish and is quite a sturdy, heavy tin. The loose bottom is really well designed and the tin has high sides so you can make a good sized cake. Because of this it's helpful when removing the cake to stand the tin on something suitable to lift it off your work surface so that the tin just slides down off your cake when its baked. I think the tin will probably last very well so it's definitely worth paying a bit extra as this is a quality item. It made cake baking a real pleasure.

Amazing tins, worked so well for my wedding cake! I bought this one and the two smaller ones. I was a bit nervous to use different tins as I’d had the same one for years but it was completely fine, they were so easy to use and the cakes cooked really evenly and came out perfectly. The loose base worked so well. Only thing they need to change for this product is the description which reads ‘with PFOA non-stick lining’ when it should actually say ‘PFOA-FREE’ as you can see on the Masterclass label. I was glad I looked closely at the label, as the description initially put me off as I definitely didn’t want PFOA lining! It was actually the only PFOA free one I could find after looking for ages!

Really good tins / had to make huge cake for celebration in a holiday house which only had a hot aga but these were perfect and it didn’t burn and they are heavy duty and non stick.

Auf Grund der vielen Bewertungen habe ich mir drei verschiedene Größen dieser Formen bestellt. Die Formen sind sehr wertig verarbeitet, und preislich schon als günstig für die Qualität anzusehen. Ich benutze kein Backpapier in der Form, lediglich ein Backtrennspray. Es gibt kein auslaufen und rumgesaue... Nach dem Abkühlen lässt sich der Kuchen einfach aus der Form drücken. Der Boden lässt sich auch bestens abheben. Der Kuchen ist rundherum gleimäßig gebacken und ist perfekt gerade. Die Form ist so stabil daß es keine Wölbungen im Boden und später im Kuchen gibt. Die Reinigung gestaltet sich ebenfalls sehr einfach, da kaum etwas haften bleibt. Schade dass ich nicht schon früher diese Form entdeckt habe, ich werde keine andere mehr nutzen. Absolut empfehlenswert

El molde es una calidad excelente nada que ver con los moldes habituales. Al cogerlo ya notas la diferencia. En cuanto a dimensiones son las correctas: 20cm de diámetro y 9,5cm de alto, lo que te permite realizar un gran abanico de bizcochos/pasteles. Al ser un molde desmontable hay que tener en cuenta que si la masa es muy líquida puede llegar a salirse un poco por lo que es recomendable poner papel de horno dentro del molde haciendo la forma del propio molde, o poner el molde en una bandeja en lugar de la rejilla del horno. Si la masa es más densa no suele salirse y no requiere de nada en especial. La gran ventaja es que al ser desmontable evitas las roturas y aunque llegue a pegarse a las paredes resulta mucho más fácil de desmoldar y no se rompe el bizcocho/pastel. Incluso lo puedes llegar a desmoldar en frío, ya que el molde está recubierto de una capa anti-adherente. A la hora de lavarlo hay que repasar los bordes ya que tiende a acumularse algo de masa. Con agua caliente y un cepillo se eliminan con facilidad. En mi opinión es perfecto para hacer bizcochos y tartas caseras y que sea desmoldable para mi es una gran ventaja ya que antes se me rompían los bizcochos al intentar sacarlos del molde. Con este no me ha pasado nunca después de varios meses de uso.
