## Questions & Answers

**Q: is it easy to digest ?**
A: I haven't had any problems with it, has actually settled a dodgy stomach before. Wheys one of the best for fast digestion and absorption. If you're lactose intollerant you need to get soy protein I think

**Q: how come this is so so cheap compared to other proteins such as "gold standard whey"?**
A: All protein is basically the same in terms of its muscle building properties. The 'premium' versions are no better, your just paying for the brand. It's clever marketing, nothing more. That said, taste and mixibilty do tend to improve with cost but that isn't going to lead to any more gains.

**Q: Does it come with a scoop?**
A: Every pouch supplied by us (seller - 'Health-and-Fitness) includes a scoop sealed inside every pouch.

**Q: How much sugar is in this? or does it contain sweeteners questionmark Cheers**
A: Hello, see ingredient information below. No added sugars.BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine).Microcrystalline cellulose (Filler) Dicalcium phosphate (filler)Magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent)Vitamin B6 HCL Other Ingredients: No artificial colors and preservatives, yeast, gluten, starch and lactose. Without added salt (sodium chloride) or sugar
