Ronseal 6886271-HHW Smooth Finish Filler Multi-Purpose Ready Mixed 900g, White

Really liked using this product. New to DIY and needed to repair part of a wall. This was perfect for the job. Easy to use, no mess and great finish. Had to do 3 layers to fill the hole but was really quick to dry between layers.

Excellent filler for small cracks and levelling up small areas of damaged paint. Very fine finish with minimal sanding.

Really good value here — the filler goes on smoothly, dries in a couple of hours, and sands down easily for a strong, neat repair. It doesn’t shrink or crack, and takes paint well, so it’s reliable for most DIY jobs. The only downsides are that the 900 g tub could definitely be bigger, and it can be a bit tricky to scoop out the filler from the bottom once you’re near the end. Overall though, a solid product that does what it promises

I use this for my decorating instead of the other brand. Gives a super smooth surface, I'm having to fill great crevices in old plaster, & it's working perfectly. Easy to use with the tool provided, but I use plastic filler knives, bought from Amazon too. I found the metal ones weren't so good to get a smooth surface, ready to paint. You don't need much to fill either, it spreads nicely. The container could be better, the product dries quickly, so my tip is to not snip the opening tab fully, it's better at resealing the container. I recommend this brand, the price is good at Amazon too.

Good value and the quality is good

I didn't mind the product. It makes a firm fill once in. It loses a star for me because it's very tough to sand back by hand. Not you really need to use a sander on it. This is fine but if you're doing it in an area where you can't get that sander, be prepared for a tough job. Shame the product arrived damaged and the top 10mm was solid

The Ronseal 6886271-HHW Smooth Finish Filler does the job well overall. It dries quickly and gives a nice, smooth mirror finish when sanded properly. I especially appreciated being able to smooth it out while still wet using a damp sponge — a handy tip for a neater finish with less sanding. That said, sanding it by hand was more effort than expected. I ended up needing the electric sander, which created a fair bit of dust. Also, the tub design is a bit impractical — the narrow opening makes it tricky to scoop out filler with a standard filling knife. Another issue: the product dries out quite quickly in the tub, so I’d recommend covering it with a plastic sheet under the lid between uses to preserve it. All in all, a decent multi-purpose filler with a smooth finish, but a few small design and usability improvements could make it even better.

Mi serviva uno stucco che non ritirasse, che fosse molto fine e che fosse robusto. Questo prodotto ha superato le mie aspettative su tutti e tre i fronti. Lo uso in modellismo statico ma mi è capitato di utilizzarlo anche nel fai da te comune. Contiene un a proporzione di microgranuli di plastica e resine acriliche che lo rendono simile al cemento come comportamento, ed è pure in parte elastico. Asciuga senza ritirare (ottimo per piccole crepe) e ha ottima resistenza.

Enduit pour boucher des trous prêt à l'emploi (pas besoin de rajouter de l'eau et de mélanger), blanc, lisse, facile à étaler, fourni avec une spatule. Il suffit ensuite de poncer avec du papier de verre. Le temps de séchage est assez long.
