I bought these to replace the silicone cookware that I had been using for some years. I wanted something which would be as easy to turn out as the silicone and, having loose bottoms, these tins make that possible. They are also very easy to clean after use.

I purchased this item specifically for the straight sides to bake mini Victoria sponges. A fabulous quality tin which I'm sure will last for years. The loose bases are ideal, great to have 2 spare in case of loss. The price might seem a little high but well worth it in my opinion. In fact, after I used it for the first time, I ordered another one and also the mini loaf tin. Happy baking.

It's only as you get older that the mantra 'you get what you pay for' really starts to make sense. This mini-sandwhich tin is really good quality and alarmingly non-stick! I initially greased and floured it only to watch the oil ball into droplets on the non-stick surface so I wiped it off and carried on, wondering what the outcome would be with such scant greasing. Twenty minutes later, I easily turned out 12 perfect little Victoria sponges! The fact that the sides of the individual holes are straight (not angled like a muffin tin) makes this tin really versatile and you could use it for cheesecakes and other individual desserts as well as savoury dishes. I was especially pleased to see that the loose bottoms come in their own little plastic container and, a nice touch, with two spares as I can imagine the little discs might be easily misplaced. Over all, an incredibly usable addition to the kitchen.

Bought as a gift as seems to be of good quality with better reviews than the more well known one . Hope the person will like it.

Great for mini victoria sponges, does not stick and cooks evenly.

This cake tin is very study and well made. I have used it to bake small sponge cakes and cheesecakes and both were easy to remove from the tin. It washes easily too. It's a lovely touch to have spare metal bases in case of loss.

The tray arrived in perfect condition. The quality is fantastic and extra bottoms are also supplied. These were perfect for my individual cheesecakes which I was able to remove easily and effortlessly, without anything sticking to the tin.

Excellent item. Strong, no buckling in the oven. A good weight gives even cooking, plus it's easy to clean. It's worth the extra money for a decent pan. Like my others from this brand, it's going to last years.

I am just a little obsessed with baking tools, and would be a bit embarrassed to admit how many baking pans I own. This one quickly rose to the top as my favorite. I made mini-Victoria cakes that turned out absolutely perfect, every single one of them. They unmold easily, bake uniformly, and the pan washes to be like new with very little effort. Usually we buy a baking pan with a particular dessert in mind. Now that I own this beauty, I find myself searching for more and more things to bake in it, because I love it so much. If you are passionate about baking, don't blink. Get it!

Used for mini Victoria sponges. The cakes came out perfect. Would definitely recommend using greased paper to line tins to save on cleaning up but clean up nicely without also.
