Vitamins take a few months to work to build up depleted nutrient stores in your system. After a few months, I can say I’ve avoided any illnesses around me and can tell these have improved my immunity (typically, I catch every cold around me). I originally, purchased one box, then I disovered it was alot cheaper to purchase this item in bulk which I did. It's an expensive out lay, but you save so much money if you can afford to do it. I was advised to use these multi vitamins supplements years ago. I find I don't catch many colds and viruses. Easy to swallow and no after taste.

Die Ware wurde zackig schnell geliefert. Die Qualität ist - da von Wassen, mehr als gut. Ich hatte mich auf Grund der Mengenangabe leider getäuscht daher eigentlich nicht so preisgünstig wie gedacht! Resümee: es geht bei Amazon auch deutlich günstiger, Qualität empfehlenswert!!
