I don't think so, unless your firestick has a usb port on it.

Is this compatible for mobiles as well please

It depends whether or not your mobile supports OTG (On-The-Go). if it does, then you need an OTG adaptor, which is a short cable, or sometimes a solid adaptor, with a plug on one end which fits into your phone socket and a female USB socket on the other into which you can plug USB drives.
