Really excellent products. I'm recovering from a broken ankle and the combination of these massage tools is so helpful in releasing tension in soft tissue. But they are also good for therapeutic massage as well. I've not seen anything else quite like these tools and I would highly recommend them for many different types of nassage

Good range of items, ideal for hepling to releive knots in the neck from being on the computer all day. I suffer from tight hamstring and lower back/glutes tightness due to sitting all day for my job. Recently my osteopath recommended these and I have to say - the really do help. It does hurt to use them but the relief afterwards is worth it. I would recommend watching some youtube videos before use. Build quality is pretty good, they are sturdy and can take a lot of pressure. The only negative point I have is the price - for some randomly moulded plastic pieces - the price is a little on the high side. Hence 3*.

I have had a long issue with my glutes and I have paid a lot of money for sports massages and similar therapies to improve them. The handy tools have allowed me to work with good precision on the 'knots' in my muscles, which has had a very positive effect. Excellent value for money and a few minutes a day is making the pain go away!

I've suffered from knots throughout my trapezius for quite some time. The pain became so bad I would wake up with tingling in my right arm and hands. I used these for two days in the knotted area and woke up pain-free from the tingling. I've also used these on my lower back with massage oil to help deal with lower back issues. Again, it seems they have worked wonders. I would highly recommend these items and the sensation of targetting a knotted area...i just bliss. However, I feel a useful addition may be the inclusion of a DVD or a link to Youtube on how to get the best use out of the products. The products are well made, very robust and give a range of options to really get into knotted areas. Would I recommend them? Yes absolutely
