Love these pens they have the fine tip and great value for money

Sometimes sticking to the classics is the best choice, and these BIC Orange Fine pens prove exactly why. You'll be hard pushed finding someone who doesn't love these pens lol. The fine 0.8mm tip writes so smoothly and neatly, perfect for notes, lists, or even longer writing sessions where you don’t want thick, messy ink. I love that the ink flow is consistent. No scratching, no random gaps, and no blobs etc. A box of 20 is amazing value because each pen goes on and on without drying out or running out quickly. I’ve been using mine daily and they still write like new. Reliable, smooth, a good thickness so a comfortable size to use and such good value – exactly what I wanted and the reason this is my second box lol.

These are the only pens i will ever use! I love their fine point tip and how light and easily they are to hold when writing. I've been using these pens for years and will not change now.

BIC Orange ballpoint pen is just excellent. The line is fine and thin, not smudgy, comfortable and lasts forever. I got used to these Orange pens at work, later the company stopped ordering them and ordered the transparent thicker BIC pens, but the ink line was too thick, smudged occasionally and it was too fiddly to use, especially when completing paper forms or ticking check-boxes. Afterwards I always insisted that the employer orders the Orange pens for the stationary cupboard. Now that I am retired, I still use these pens - they're difficult to find in Supermarkets, so I'm glad I can get them from Amazon. They are cheap enough to keep one in every handbag, hagning off the wall calendar, on every desk, and anywhere else I need to use a pen regularly. I know it sounds weird to be so enthusiastic about a simple ball-pen, but the BIC Orange pen is a perfectly designed product in my view and worth lots of praise: comfortable, writes a good quality fine line, lasts a long time, doesn't smudge, and - when the ink gets to the end, it doesn't start and stop like many other pens, it just stops - that's it, and you get the next one from the box. Reliable, great value and does exactly what it is supposed to do very well.

The best black pen

We have had these pens before but I have struggled recently to buy any of this particular 'fine' type at popular retailers after our regular 'family owned' stationer closed due to retirement. I had noted customer reviews on Amazon before I ordered. Yes, each pen came with a tiny bar code label but these came off without any trouble leaving only a very little residue sticky stuff on the pens which I removed easily with some proprietary sticky stuff remover which we keep as a matter of course for this type of issue. Not a big problem in any case. I tried every pen and all 20 wrote first time. We keep a pot of 7 or 8 BIC 'fine' pens on the kitchen window sill but I leave pens all over the house after I have picked one up from the pot. I have just replenished the pot after some older BIC pens ran out of ink. I had got to the stage where I was struggling to find a pen. This practice of leaving pens lying around annoys my wife and every so often I collect them up and put them back into the pot but it is great to be able to pick up a pen whichever room I am in when the phone rings or when in front of the computer and still have some in the pot. These BIC pens are excellent everyday workhorses so I am pleased with my purchase and they are just the ticket. Can fully recommend.

What more could you want? They write in plain black, reliably, and without fuss. They don't make you a better writer, or a better lover, but they sure help you scratch ink onto paper.

Ich habe lange nach dem richtigen Kugelschreiber gesucht, viele, teilweise teure Fehlkäufe ausprobiert. Mit diesen Stiften bin ich endlich super zufrieden! Sie schreiben dünn und liegen gut und leicht in der Hand. Die Strichstärke von 0.35mm unterscheidet sich nicht wirklich sichtbar von der 0.4mm Strichstärke des Bic Cristal... es fühlt sich aber dünner an ;+), ich habe beide nebeneinander ausprobiert! Die Strichstärke bleibt auch nach häufigem Gebrauch unverändert dünn (das ist natürlich mein persönliches Empfinden). Positiv ist bei diesem gut schreibenden Stift auch, dass all diese Kulis gleich schreiben, keiner "kratzt über das Papier". Ich brauche auch keine Mine mehr für einen teuren Kuli nachkaufen, die dann eh nicht so schreibt wie beim Erstkauf eines Kugelschreibers mit auswechselbarer Mine...darüber habe ich mich oft geärgert. Viele meiner Kugelschreiber waren oft so teuer, dass sie mir zu wertvoll zum Wegwerfen waren, benutzt habe ich sie aber dann auch nicht mehr...stattdessen musste ich mich wieder auf die Suche nach einem neuen Stift machen. Das Problem habe ich jetzt nicht mehr! Im Vergleich zu den Bic Cristal ist bei dem BIC Orange die äußere Hülle dünner, mit dicken Kulis schreibe ich nicht gerne. Ich benutze sie im Büro und Zuhause und habe die Farben blau und schwarz gekauft. Aufgrund der langen Lebensdauer des BIC Orange werde ich wohl bis zur Rente keine Neuen mehr kaufen brauchen. Und wenn ich bei der Arbeit mal einen Stift verliere oder verlege, dann nehme ich einfach einen Neuen aus der Packung...früher habe ich mich oft geärgert, wenn einer meiner teuren Kulis verloren ging. Ich kann den BIC Orange nur empfehlen, ein völlig problemloser Stift! ICH möchte keinen anderen mehr nutzen!
