Yes it can. It is a very good quality glue stick.

Is this washable glue?

Its ideal for crafts, if you get any on you it is easy to wash off. I don`t know if it is washable as regards if you used it on fabric. Not unlike Bostik glue. Hope this helps at the fraction of the price from named retailers.

Is this the same stickiness as pritt sticks? Ive tried lots of other glue sticks and none of them come close to pritt sticks.I need it to stick ribbon
