I’m a bit scrawny and have not worked out that much during my life, but recently decided enough was enough and it’s time to go full speed into physical development. It is easy to use, has no particular smell or taste and it mixes well; there is no lumpiness or powdery taste. The tub comes with a small scoop, which corresponds the size of the recommended dosage, Since the recommended dosage is small in volume, the tub lasts a long time, therefore I consider it a value for money. I stick to the recommended dosage and no more, and I experienced no stomach pains or any other adverse reactions. The first time I used it in a shake I had a half before and half after my swim workout. It is amazing how much more energy it gave me and I literally needed no post swim recovery time, which I normally do. I think this is a great supplement not only for the people who work out but also for those who want to maintain their energy levels and preserve the muscle mass they already have and which everyone is losing with age. It makes me feel good so I intend to continue using it and I certainly do recommend it.

Don't know what some of these reviewers are on about, it's completely tasteless ( and I'm very fussy ) and it mixes with anything, including still cold water !!! Brilliant product, can't fault.

The first photo on this product shows capsules, as does the description showing serving amount as "200". In fact what was delivered is the powder version with only 93 servings. Looking again, the description includes both capsules and powder which is confusing. I'll be ordering elsewhere next time so I know what I'm getting.
