Bargain price that seems to be of good quality. Not yet tested in the washing machine on a gentle no-spin wash. Despite everything you read online, you can wash the Numatic Filters in the washing machine. So long as they can fit into the drum. Remove the plastic support before washing. So long as you use a sensible, gentle, no-spin, 30'C program. Allow to dry completely before re-installing. btw - never ever use a Numatic machine without one of these filters in place, you risk wreaking the motor.

I bought the Paxanpax PFC488 filter for my Henry vacuum cleaner at £7.28. It fits well and was easy to install with no fuss. It’s a simple plastic replacement filter, nothing special, but it does what it should. The fact it’s reusable is useful and helps save a bit of money over time. With Amazon Prime delivery and free returns, it felt like a safe purchase. Overall, it’s a decent, affordable replacement for a Henry cleaner and works as expected without any problems.

Honestly for years now I have had trouble with my Henry Hoover giving off a musty smell during use. I changed bags, cleaned out the hoses, no improvement. I had no idea you could buy a new filter until I searched online for answers to the smell! I ordered this as a replacement, and immediately the problem is resolved. It is not exactly the same as the original, but I don't mind. You can buy an original Henry HEPA filter, but they do cost more. This one is just fine and fits well. It was delivered quickly and was no effort to put in. No more bad smell, and I wouldn't be surprised if my husband's asthma improves now that hoovering isn't blowing stinky bacteria and allergens all around the house.

Wasn’t too sure about it reading the reviews but due to the price decided to try it out myself - have only had it for few days so cannot comment on how long it would last, but when it comes to the suction & the smell from the old filter I hoped to get rid of - I cannot recommend it enough !!! Yes it’s not 100% tight ( I have Henry ), but it didn’t make any difference whatsoever as the hoover performed as new as soon as the filter was in, so there really isn’t anything negative I could say about it at all so far :)

Advertised for HET160 hoover. Far too big. Not the first time this seller has sent out the incorrect size looking at reviews. The filter you sent me was far too large. Looking at reviews this isn’t the first time a filter too large for the HET160 hoover it is advertised to fit has been sent to people. Also the mesh was a lot thinner than the original. The dust and muck would go straight through this into my hoover’s motor, blocking it up. I suggest steering clear of this poor quality not as described product.
