I am so happy I decided to try these. There's a review one person left that talked about how awake he felt, they kept him up through the night and into the next day, without the jittery feeling caffiene can cause. He did mention taking them at night. I was looking for focus and mental energy, primarily, but welcome all the benefits that mushrooms provide. I've been taking for one week now. I am only taking one, every morning with water and a breakfast bar. I feel exactly as I was hoping, awake and focused. I work in accounting and this is very important to me. I also feel quite relaxed, very pleasant. I'm happy to work, I'm happy to take care of responsibilities at home after work. I also am not experiencing any side affects to date. Honestly life changing. I take this one at lunch and the Ashwaganda one at 4pm. I feel more energetic than normal by a long shot. Here is the big win: as a person who did hard drugs in my 20's, this takes away that terrible anxiety I get... like the "forever" withdrawal of stimulants and opiates. And guys who did/ do opiates, check your testosterone levels as that effects the way you feel as well.

This supplement was delivered in the afternoon; the instructions say to take 2 capsules a day with food. I took ONE capsule with dinner. I played a few games of chess with my wife and did notice more focus and clear thinking. When it was time to go to bed tho, I noticed that I wasn't tired at all. I decided to try to sleep anyway. After laying there for 3 hours without sleeping a wink I got up and went in the living room to watch some YouTube videos. 4 hours later I'm still lying on the couch trying to sleep with a podcast playing in the backround. The sun comes up and my alarm goes off and I have to get ready for work with zero sleep. So I'm writing this on my lunch break the next day and I'm still not tired. It's weird. I don't know what's in this that is preventing me from getting sleepy but I'm fine today. I've had no caffeine- It's not like I'm jittery or high or anything, I feel totally normal like I had a normal night's sleep last night. It's going on 18 hours now since I took the capsule and no sleepy feeling and no crash yet. That's my experience, take from it what you will.

I highly recommend the supplement as it is far easier to take this via pill vs. Having to buy all of the separately. I have noticed changes in with my memory and my fatigue. Along with proper exercise and diet and this supplement I’m doing more than I have before. I am currently 64 and you can walk average 5 miles a day and work a full-time job. I’m on no medication and wanting to keep it that way. Highly recommend.

Other reviews mention the seal was not properly sealed on the bottle. When I opened mine I couldn’t tell if it popped as soon as I opened or if it had not been sealed at all. Decided to take a chance as I live at elevation and things can inflate from lower elevations. It felt good the first couple days - had more energy, was more relaxed. By Day 4 - noticed i was constipated, throat was scratchy - had cough, now feeling woosy and stiff (like incoming headache). I have only been taking 1 pill with food and water at night every day. Think I’ll stop taking it now. But I always wonder if my body just needs to get used to it…
