I didn’t know what to expect when I purchase this lampshade. When it came in I was So pleasantly surprised at how much prettier it is in person, the quality, the sturdiness. I really didn’t know what to expect because it isn’t a traditional lampshade but I have to tell you if it fits your decor it is absolutely stunning. My next purchase is going to be the dark blue one. I need to find a base for it to fit on for a perfect fit/size. This green one is mine blowing beautiful. I love this shade. The only drawback is the swirl looks like a weird face and now that I see it, I can't unsee it LOL. I just turned it slightly to make it less noticeable

The spider is cheap plastic and both shades broke the first time I had guests in the room. I threw them away. Don't waste your money like I did.

I purchased this to use with my old blue and white ceramic lamp, in my blue-white bedroom. It is lovely. The design is different and “quirky.” When the lamp is on, the shade glows.

I thought these lampshades were unique so I decided to replace my lampshades that were 10 years old but still like new.When these shades arrived there were clear plastic pieces inside the shade that give it shape and allow it to be placed on my lamps (usually metal parts on most shades). One of the top plastic pieces arrived broken. The company promptly replaced the shade. However, now one of the plastic pieces on the side broke. It doesn't stay on anymore and the company says "Sorry, out of return policy".Basically, too bad!They were purchased in April and they are 2 months old. But lampshades at these prices should last at least 5 years when my other cheap ones lasted 10 years, not mere months.We do not touch the lamps to turn them on or off as these lamps have an inline off switch in the cord.Buyer Beware! DO NOT BUY THESE LAMP SHADES unless u r prepared to junk them after a few months use.

Product arrived timely. Beautiful pattern - true to photo and matches my room well. Very pretty. Problem is frame is plastic and cheap. It cracked when trying to adjust it to the harp frame of my lamp. Metal frames would not have done that, but this one is plastic. It's currently being held in place by the finial, but slightly crooked because of the unadjustable, unbendable, plastic frame
